Efficient service, good clear communication.

I’m always Very please with the service provided and staff are always very helpful and patient.

Never claimed, so can't really tell what the company is like to deal with. But was pleased that the premium came down!

I‘m really very pleased with ease and level of service. I’ve been with Allianz/lark for I reckon at least 15years + and this is my second ever claim (first for £250 when I was a new musician!) and I was really impressed.

It increased my trust Lark as when I honestly needed to claim there was no issue, the response was very quick, most importantly ensuring I can continue to do my job well with the high end equipment I need.

Communication has been excellent: clear and brief, with terms and next steps.

I will always recommend you to other musicians, as I have always done and I’m very thankful this has been sorted without any stress in the busiest time of the year. Right. I’m off to play sax. Again!

Easy to communicate by telephone and talk with a real helpful person.

Straightforward to update with new instruments and renew policy. Helpful member of staff on phone line.
Have not yet had to claim so can't comment on efficiency of that aspect.

Lark has looked after me and my instrument insurance for many years. When my bow broke they were incredibly kind and helpful, and paid out without any complications. I would always trust them to give me the best price and the best care.

Very very difficult to deal with. The web platform is not all user friendly and it is also impossible to cancel auto renew online. You have to call and that isn’t easy either. Don’t get me started on “Premium Credit” and their heavy handed approach. I just want to pay by installments, not borrow thousands from secured on multiple properties.

Excellent understanding of my needs. Appropriate and swift action to complete the revision of my policy to add another instrument. Thank you.
