Everything perfect
Everything perfect, I bought a pair of shoes for a Christmas present. I was worried that I couldn’t get it in time for Christmas also because of some reviews which mentioned a slow shipping service, but after 2 days from the order I received the shoes. I also appreciate the rapid response to my questions through WhatsApp. Great service.

Happy customer bought Jordan 1 Taxi
Bought a pair of Jordan 1 Taxi from Larskicks, the pair was sent double boxed and was shipped super faster, he gave immediate updates and left me a super happy costumer! Would recoment Larskicks with 5 starrs!

LarsKicks turned out good!
Almost 3 weeks ago I ordered a pair of Air Force 1 supreme edition from Lars. On his site is says that all orders will be shipped within five days. And the order has only been confirmed after all this time. So about a week after I ordered I messaged him why I hadn’t gotten any update on my order. The next day he answered that my order had been delayed and that he would give me a delivery date the next day. I didn’t get any update. So I messaged him a few times after that which he ignored. It’s on WhatsApp so I can confirm that he has received and read the messages, but has just chosen to ignore them! I tried calling him but he doesn’t pick up. Larskicks is a scammer! And if he doesn’t give me any update in the next few days I will be seeking legal help.

I have received my shoes a little while ago and have nothing to complain about. The communication and the slightly longer delivery time were not ideal. But if that is accompanied by good prices that’s fine. Additionally as I don’t believe LarsKicks is a huge company I should not have my expectations be equal to much bigger companies when it comes to customer service. When you run a company with most likely one person it’s hard to be online of what’s app 24/7. My first review was 1 star because I though I got scammed but now I changed it to 4 because Lars had the best price I could find online.

In de afgelopen weken hebben wij super veel bestellingen ontvangen. Wij streven er altijd naar om bestellingen binnen 2 - 5 werkdagen te versturen,
maar hebben deze termijn helaas niet waar kunnen maken met de grote hoeveelheden aan bestellingen. Onze excuses hiervoor,
wij snappen de frustratie volledig en vinden de situatie net zo vervelend.
Ik zie in ons systeem dat uw bestelling op 4 juli is afgerond.
Dit is inderdaad buiten de normale leveringstermijn.
Ik heb u daarom een whatsapp bericht gestuurd met een kortingscode voor uw eventuele volgende bestelling.
