Hi Kailee, all orders are sent out within 1-2 business days along with a USPS tracking number and insurance. You've emailed us regarding this issue and we've replied back but you took over 10 days to answer us back so we can help you locate your order. We also sent you a new replacement order with a new tracking number after you've reached out to us. This is your 3rd order with us, accidents do happen and sometimes packages are lost in the mail which is out of our control. Nonetheless, we will always refund your order or send out a replacement. Hello Linda, please do not leave multiple negative reviews for the same issue. Also reach out to us via email or call us to see how we can assist you. We've addressed this issue before. The gel you've ordered is for Professional Use only. This should not be used at home or without any proper training or certifications. If you are not trained to use this gel please stop immediately as you can cause serious damage to your clients.

Thank you for your feedback Glen! Please watch our tutorial video on how to properly use the gingival barrier. If you need to use 2 people for it, you are doing something wrong. Also practice makes perfect! Practice more and more on fake teeth before using on an actual patient.

Please contact us directly before leaving a negative review with a question that could of been easily resolved via email / phone call. But yes, this gel should always be refrigerated. Anything over 16% hp should always be refrigerated. This should have been taught during your training course. Please contact us directly if you have any questions on how to use this before administering this on an actual patient. Serious damage can occur if not used correctly. We could have easily replaced the syringe for you if you had contacted us directly with your issue. Sometimes products can get damaged during shipping!
