Amazing hardware, software and support.
The lasers are top quality, and the Laser OS software works great on a Mac. Plus the companie's technical support is fast and extremely helpful.

Knowledgeable and Courteous. I had some concerns with my laser and the help was so quick. I thought I was going to need to return my laser, but the associate at LaserCube have me some clear easy to understand instructions which helped tremendously. I'm definitely a happy camper now!

This time I wanted to add my few cents about LaserCube 7.5W Ultra MK2 I recently received: this product is out of this world - packed with a lot of features like DMX and Artnet support, amazing standalone mode, compatibility with MIDI controller - just crazy. Works like a dream, can't wait to update my LaserCube fleet with this generation.

Great support! My shipment was missing an item. I contacted the company and received it a few days later. This is a level of service that makes you want to buy more equipment from them. The LaserCube may be a bit expensive, but it absolutely exudes quality and thoughtful design. Recommended.

I ordered a 1.2Watt LaserCube, the shipping was fast and with clear communication, but make sure to get the right information about customs, because i had to pay the VAT separately. The LaserCube came in a great, nice feeling bag with all extra's delivered. The device itself is great, but i decided to return it (30-day policy) because i wanted to jump to ILDA right away. The customer service was fast, and although there was issue with the payback of the price initially, they corrected that super fast. Credits for their customer service!
