He went above and beyond to help me with a query I'd raised a few times previously but gotten nowhere with and directed me to a third-party I'd need to speak with to resolve.

Great Service at Octopus
Liv was so helpful in getting me to change over suppliers to business octopus. She answered every question and came out with a much better tariff than my current provider and as I already had a domestic supply with Octopus I got a nice bonus thrown in so am very happy to be with a good company.
