I spoke to Jak today to move our business energy supply over to Octopus. These calls are normally a chore but Jak was exceedingly helpful, friendly and professional throughout. He went above and beyond to help me with a query I'd raised a few times previously but gotten nowhere with and directed me to a third-party I'd need to speak with to resolve.

Mev on customer services was excellent and sorted my problem fast and efficiently, and wasn’t giving up till she had…. 10/10

Brilliant Customer Service. Solved my issue within minutes.

Liv was so helpful in getting me to change over suppliers to business octopus. She answered every question and came out with a much better tariff than my current provider and as I already had a domestic supply with Octopus I got a nice bonus thrown in so am very happy to be with a good company.
