Lost Package Support
I Had a shipping issue for some air purifier filters thanks to UPS not delivering my package and never calling me for the lost package claim, but LaserPecker fixed it fast. I was assisted by LIN, who was patient, helpful, and great to work with the whole time. I love LaserPecker products and the company and I am very satisfied with the lost item shipping support. I appreciate them taking care of me and replacing the missing filters.

I purchased the LP one pro a couple months ago. The machine started to have a glitch in Would miss spots while engraving. I contacted Customer Service to get a replacement. The machine was still covered under warranty. Customer Service is overseas so it took over a day to get a response for every message sent. after two weeks of back-and-forth, They are still refusing to send me a replacement or a refund. one of the worst Customer Service experiences I’ve ever dealt with.

Order never shipped
Ordered almost a month ago and was told it would be delivered in 10-15 days, but when I checked the tracking link again two weeks later, it said my product was at the shipper's warehouse. I reached out to see if there was an updated delivery date, but they just told me they would urge the shipper to ship my item, which seemed strange.. shouldn't it just get shipped if it's there? I checked back a couple days later and the link still said it was at the shipper's warehouse, so I reached out to support again asking if there was an updated delivery date yet. They then told me that they were having "severe stock shortages" and were arranging to have it shipped. Again, strange. I asked for an updated delivery date a couple more times, but support kept replying in the middle of the night saying they're having inventory issues and that my order hasn't been shipped. Last email I received said they would not be able to ship it at all and just offered me a refund. There goes a month of waiting for nothing..

It was an important purchase for the new business. I'm excited because I can do a lot of things.

Purchase of the LaserPecker LX2 product
I purchased the LX2 and was very satisfied with both the product and the support I received. The after-sales service and communication were truly excellent: prompt, friendly, and highly professional "Thank you LIN" :-)
As for the product itself, the LX2 immediately gives a sense of solidity and is very well made, with careful construction and good-quality materials. The shipping packaging is also very well done: secure, protective, and designed to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition.
Overall, it was a very positive experience in every respect. Recommended.
