LX2 issue
I had an issue with my LaserPecker machine because it suddenly stopped turning on. I contacted LaserPecker customer service and spoke with a representative named Lin. Lin was very polite, patient, and carefully listened to my problem.
Lin quickly arranged for the technical team to assist me, and they helped resolve the issue. The whole process was smooth and professional, and I really appreciate the support I received.

His perseverance paid off in that my technical issue was resolved. He kept in touch with me and worked with the help desk team to get me the firmware update that my L1 Pro needed to operate with the latest Android phones and tablets. I was able to get back to my small business needs.
Problem with the LP2......... Sorted! :)
I have had my LP2 since its launch on Kickstarter! In the begin, it was OK and did what it was supposed to do. Then just out of warranty the laser managed to offset it's self! As it was out of warranty it was suggested that I should buy a new one! I wasn't keen on that so just put up with it as I didn't use it that much, so at that stage, I really wasn't very impressed with LaserPecker. Other time it seemed to be very hit and miss whether it would connect to anything with bluetooth, I sent a message to the LaserPecker Customer service to let them know how disappointed I was with the LP2 with the fact I had such a hard time connecting it, not really expecting and answer. But the next morning they replied! Lin from the support team was very apologetic and was set on helping resolve the situation. Lin seemed to be very patient, after a bit of back and forth with emails, Lin and the service team got me up and running again and having confidence in the LP2 and LaserPecker. It turns out that the LP2 needed a firmware update as it was still on a very old firmware. It now connects very easily and the laser alignment seems to have sorted itself out, I also changed to the 'LaserPecker Design Space' app, which works so much better than the previous one.
So all in all, the main issue seemed to be me, not updating stuff! Doh!! Lin and the support team did a fantastic job of guiding me through how to sort it out, and ultimately saved me from chucking the LP2 into the road to watch a big lorry run the thing other! So back to being happy again.

I had a fire from one of my engraves and it destroyed by LP5. I immediately reached out to the LaserPecker customer support to see what they could do for me. A representative, Lin quickly responded inquiring about the circumstances with professionalism and concern. The company replaced my machine & accessories almost immediately. I have considered other machines, but with the amazing customer service that I received from LaserPecker, I will be staying with this company. Not only are their engravers top notch, but so is their customer service! A+ for LaserPecker!

I was looking for a solution to label silicone wristbands flexibly. The silicone wristbands served as keys in the company, so it was important that each wristband had at least one number so that they could be distinguished from each other for security reasons. I now have my own laser engraver at home to personalize money, create my business cards, and much more. I am still very satisfied and enthusiastic about how easy it is to use via the app!
