Purchasing this product was the worst…

Purchasing this product was the worst thing I could have done online. First, they over-charged me, so I complained. It took several requests to get them to correct it. It appeared that the problems were over, however, that was not so. I started getting notices that I had new credit cards popping up for various companies. I did some checking and discovered that their products were being shipped from China. Within an hour after insisting they correct my purchase. My life has been hell on earth ever since having to deal with this. Also, the mountains of layers that were there to trying to get people to pay more. Many of them were worded in a way to confuse people. Why use all the trickery? The product is good...very good. Sell the product alone. Save the mountains of advertising. I would like to know who you were working with.

Company is a SCAM

I thought I was purchasing ONE mascara, AUD$8.99 and free shipping as stated on the website. I have been charged 4 amounts on my credit card totalling almost AUD$200. These 'add ons' kept popping up and I just pressed continue thinking that meant I didn't want to add them. It appears instead that I have purchased them! What an expensive mascara! I don't wear makeup except for the occasional mascara, so have no use for the extra products.
The refund policy states that a full refund will be given if before 30 days and in original packaging.
The company have only offered me 25% of future purchases instead of a full refund.
I also found the same product in a chain op stores here for AUD$15 and it's on TEMU for AUD$3
They have also signed me up as a VIP which another reviewer said she was charged a monthly subscription fee. There is nowhere on the website that states this and when you go on the website there is no option to cancel the membership.
This company is a SCAM!!!
DO NOT PURCHASE from them.
Very unhappy customer.

Terrible company!!

Terrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They are deceitful. I bought a mascara for my mum off them last month and I'm on a subscription I didn't even subscribe to. They have tried to take more money out of my bank account yesterday and haven't succeeded due to my bank account being too low on funds. I have had to phone the bank to cancel these recurring payments and they have said I have to cancel it through Lash Cosmetics. I have contacted LC and just waiting for a reply. What a mess! I'm so annoyed!

My favorite thing is that it feels…

My favorite thing is that it feels light but still gives a lot of impact. Some mascaras feel thick or sticky but this is soft and comfortable to wear all day.

I contacted their support because my tracking hadn’t updated and they were super helpful. Turns out the package was delayed by the carrier, not their fault, but they still followed up with me. That kind of service matters!

I really like the finish

I really like the finish — soft and full, not too stiff. Doesn’t smudge under my eyes, even after hours. I have oily skin, so that’s a miracle in itself!

I wish there was a no star option

If there was no stars this is what they would get. Charged me for expired shipping which I did not ask for, and when I brought it to their attention said I must have "mustakenly" clicked it. Did refund that after over a week
The shipping was a disaster, when the product arrived in mn it went from st Paul to ait k en, to st Paul to st cloud to st Paul to st cloud then to long prairie, then ended up being delivered to the wrong address. I am furious with their refusal to accept responsibility to refund my charge
Supposedly it will be reshipped at no cost to me. I will update this review IF I ever receive the product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Bunch of scammers

Bunch of scammers. Do not order!! I ordered one tube of mascara which was $12.60. I was charged for 3 more mascaras and a $100 eyeliner!? They took almost $250 from my account. My bank flagged it and I am now disputing the charges. Called and told them what they do is disgusting. She didn’t care. They should not be in business

CHARGES UNREQUESTED where ads pop up automatically. Huge LET DOWN SERVICE

I have had the same case like Hazel Foote, where ads appear when one finishes the order and by mistake those orders are gone. I have been complaining and requesting the refund of my money they took it since June 20 and I did it even within the time frame they give of 24-hour time limit to cancel an order. I have been requesting a refund of my $182,822.95 Colombian pesos and all they do is offer me more products with discounts that I don't need.
I've been requesting a refund, but the customer service Elizabeth Williams, with whom I have been in constant communication via emails, still don't want to give it back to me.

It is a very frustrating situation and it is a disgrace that one trusts these companies for them, you guys, to play with one's money and not return the money that one has not invested.

Of course I will never buy from this site again and I will not give a good recommendation until my money has been refunded.

Otherwise it has to be another higher way to escalate the case such as Consumer Affairs as your sales practices are really deceitful, dishonesty and frustrating. I didn't even have an order number, no receipt neither 🤬.

There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and better customer service.

In order to prove what I am saying and see if it is the same case as the others, I attach the following text, one of the many that she has sent me making me that ironic offer, which I'm not interested in and I don't see why they want to force you to buy.

Do not buy from this company they load…

Do not buy from this company they load up additional products you did not ask for they charge for expedited shipping that wasn't requested and put you on automatic reorder when that is not requested. I have just now read the reviews from 93%of people all saying the same thing. Only a one star rating which cements in my mind your sales practices are deceitful. They do not send you a proper invoice until it is too late to cancel. I am so angry.

Do not waste your time or money

Do not waste your time or money. The check out process has numerous "pop up" add ons to the order, including additional products and a subscription, which is extremely confusing. It will automatically add the products to your cart.
The mascara is extremely sticky, takes too long to dry and doesn't add any volume. It is definitely a waste of money.
Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof mascara is highly recommended.

I just order 1 mascara and when I checked out,I ended up with 3 more which I did not order. I send stray away an email, now waiting for a response. I want my refund ,it's o ly $45 but when you do not order, no way they can chatmrge you for it. After reading, it's seems it's very common with this company. Just like everyone else here

Just like everyone here, my girlfriend ordered a mascara and then had several more added on and delivered. She reached out to Lash and was told that because we disputed the extra charges with PayPal that no refund would be given. Now today they took out some kind of vip customer service. It appears that they have a long history of doing this exact thing to customers, that will look good for the courts. I work from home and have the time to deal with these crooks. I'll keep you all posted.
***6/10/25 refunded the VIP membership,but when do I get to return the multiple mascaras that was added to the order? The dispute thru PayPal is over. I understand that it's only $44.85, but this company is seemingly doing this to just about everyone and that adds up to a lot of money.

Be very careful when checking out

Ok so I wanted to order 2 mascaras and like so many others I ended up with 5 and saw 3 charges from my account for over $120 AUD. I copped it on the chin but then I thought i'd check Paypal and they had 3 automatic payments placed on my account!!! I ordered one tube of mascara & somehow 3 additional tubes were also in my order. I e-mailed them back & told them I DID NOT intentionally order more than one!! My order was around May 15th & it's May 30th tomorrow. I called them & they said it's been shipped. They're gonna get another call from me tomorrow 😡

First of all

First of all like other people are saying when ordering this is product at checkout it charges u for more items can’t checkout without the site charging u extra and when calling them they try to get u to buy more or get their subscription I should have read these reviews first I ordered on may 1 had no know this company was from china I never would have ordered just getting the product on yesterday and yes by the way the mascara is not good like described it’s cheap like the dollar store mascara cheap like cover girl maybe given too much credit it’s awful so not worth the money and I waited a month for this craft and do nottttt take any future payments from my card I will sue u. This organisation is so deceitful…

This organisation is so deceitful firstly tricking you into purchasing additional items you did not want followed by a later charge for some stupid VIP program which was not very much value compared to the price you pay! Still have ongoing issue with support team trying to get a refund. Which they only agreed to 50% but that was days ago without any further communication from them nor no refund for 50% of unauthorised transaction! Disgusted to say the least won't ever purchase from the company again!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

Never again, what a SCAM!! Do not order from this company! Received 2 Mascaras back in April, which I I only ordered 1. I noticed 2 payments taken from my bank account on the day I placed the order from Facebook. I thought these 2 payments were the full payment for the mascaras, and that was it!!. Mascaras arrived, 3 weeks later. Only to check my bank this morning to find another payment taken in April of £23.87 and then again, yesterday for £23.60. I did not subscribe to any future orders. So 2 payments over 2 months and nothing to show for it! I am not happy, so I rang my bank, only to be told that it is FRAUD!! I was also told that I have to contact the company AMAZING PRODUCT!! to discuss the issue and try and get a refund. If I don't get hold of them or they refuse me a refund, then it is a call back to my bank and this situation will go further. I have tried to contact the company for a refund but they are elusive as they are operating under an LLC and seem to change their company name frequently which makes it near impossible to claim anything back.
I want all activities to stop regarding stealing my money and return to me what you owe. A FULL REFUND!!
