I gotta disagree with the majority here….

I have to disagree with the majority here, and say that my experience with this company has been really positive. I contacted their customer service team cause of a delay in an order I placed getting shipped out. I asked for a refund which was issued the next day after I asked for it, and they never tried to double charge my account like a lot of the complaints state.

Buyer beware

Please beware of this site, ordered from them, they took my money, and received nothing!! They say they ship from USA, but when contacting them, they say they where shipped from China. I would have never ordered if I knew that!! Also looked you can find same mascara from Amazon, don't let this company keep ripping people who work hard for their money off!!, very pissed off I fell for this, don't do the same

This place is a complete scam

This place is a complete scam. You all should be ashamed of yourselves! We work hard for our money and then we give you the benefit of the doubt that we can order from you to later on confirm that companies like yours is an embarrassment and should alway stay far away from scammed like you. I ordered the mascara then I get an extract charge for a subscription that I didn't ask for and you have the audacity to send me a text that my order is slightly back ordered and that within 7 to 10 business days i should be receiving it and those days have passed and nothing. I will do my best to let everyone know not to buy from you all. Word of mouth spreads fast.

This made me mad as hells the worst company to buy from

This is the worst company to buy from. I ordered 1 Mascara. Got conformation. Next morning I get a 12.99 delivery fee plues they changed my card for 3 more Mascaras. How in the hell do they get away with that. PayPal said see if you can fix it yourself. Well they gave me 1299 back for shipping but still owe me 44 for the money they took out of my account un authorized. Please don't order from them

Payment was taken and then I contacted my bank and asked them to cancel my card as had another amount taken from them in total they tried over 10 times to take money of different amounts from my account!! Thankfully I was 1 step ahead so the amounts was declined.
DON'T BUY!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could , I bought 1 tube of mascara , at 50% off I was charged the $9.53 and then they decided to steal $13.73 more out my bank and same as everyone else i sent email got ine back saying they will get back to me in 24 hrs and if course never did. Im tired of people getting away with this kind of fraud so im going right ahead and report to my bank and then report them to u BBB and whoever else I can report them to I will. I ordered it April 29th still have yet to get it

I accidentally ordered eyeliner which cost 60$ & they're not willing to cancel my order & refund my money. Very poor customer service. I will not be ordering from them again!

Same as everyone- phantom charges every…

Same as everyone- phantom charges every month for 31.68. When I reached out to cs, they said I opted in to VIP benefits and that I’m getting “hot products” for free, and that 31.68 is for shipping. What are they shipping if I’m not ordering anything? Stella Perry explained that it was explained that I was subscribing to this at checkout. Nope. Didn’t happen.

I ordered 1 mascara but suddenly they…

I ordered 1 mascara but suddenly they are charging me another £33, don't know why, I've been trying to email them but none of my emails are getting sent. I'm a pensioner and was buying the mascara as a present, never again, I'm now out of pocket for about £50 and just don't know what to do, I'm so worried they will try taking more money from my account..

I ordered 2 tube's of mascara and they hit my account for like 8 more! Then when I called them they were rude trying to push me to keep the ones i didn't order! I reported them to better business administration and paypal is working on getting my money back

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS! I have just STUPIDLY purchased one tube of mascara for $19:94 from an Advert on Facebook, and was charged three times, a total of $150. I am in NZ and DID NOT give permission for these extra charges. I Immediately requested a REFUND from the support email provided by this company and received an email back stating that a representative will be in contact within 24 hours! I immediately reported this to my bank, and blocked my card. I am only now reading the reviews which are exactly the same as mine. This is a DISGUSTING DISHONEST website and the people working there should be ASHAMED of themselves. Do not send your products to me Lash Cosmetics. I have notified Facebook also. Since this experience, I have managed to get most of my money refunded back.
I have just read your right of reply - Lash Cosmetics. How about you refund all of these people who have been scammed who have given you bad reviews on Trust Pilot? There seems to be rather a lot who have had a bad experience with your company. And sort out your IT issue, taking peoples money without their authority, is clearly an issue. Make it very clear on your website what people are purchasing and how much it is for. How about that?

Went on the website tried to order 1 tube of mascara....they tried charging me 9 times all in different company names and thank God my bank caught it and marked them as fraud....my bank actually caught it before me so I did luck out...but complete scam so be aware

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. This is a complete SCAM. I went on their site and ordered 1 Vibely mascara. While trying to get to placing my order a pop-up appeared for 3 Vibley Liners, and free Customer Benefits and also 4 packs of mascara as well that I could not remove. I should have realized this was a SCAM. I did not want the liner as I currently do not wear eyeliner, but continued with the transaction anyway. At that time I figured I was being charged for 1 mascara @$19.99 plus shipping/handling. I figured the total should be around $25. Later that night I received a order confirmation for 1 mascara, a separate charge for $44.85 for 4 additional mascaras for $59.85 in the amount of $119.69 I contacted, in writing, the support center explaining everything and they told me once I received the order to contact them and they would send me a return order to send back to them. I would then supposedly get my money back. It took almost 4 weeks to receive my order. I do not believe anything they say or do. Will be lucky to get all of my money back.

Thief’s stealing from bank account

Horrible service. What a ripoff. I purchased 1 mascara, one time deal. You charged me for a VIP service that I never signed up for. The same price each month for almost $32 a month. Almost $400 later. What VIP service and what were you doing for me and what were you giving me. Never received anything else but one crappy mascara that promises things that does not even work. This is a scam. You refunded me a month and I canceled my PayPal. Did not even know you were taking from my account. Never got bill or else This would have continued. False advertising and steals from your account. BUYERS BEWARE. Show me proff of this vip service that I never signed up for. I looked on your sight. Nothing is there for the amount of money you charge. This is how you scam people to take their money and then give them one month back. When I called she put me on hold, several times. Could not even answer my questions about when I signed for this VIP service. It’s because it’s non existing. I never signed for this service. Again scamming people to steal their money. I want my money back.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

I didn't even want to give them one star because I feel like I have actually had my money stolen out of my account by lash cosmetics. I purchased one mascara from them and whilst doing so I was offered a discount if I purchased 2 more which I declined and carried on with my order of just the one. When I got to the part of paying I double checked that my order was right and I had only paid for one mascara that was supposed to cost £17 on offer as I am a first time customer. I got an email to say thanks for my order and it will be dispatched as soon as possible. The next day I checked my online banking and to my horror lashcosmetics had taken £90. I had received another email from them by this time which I hadn't got round to opening yet. It was to say my items had been dispatched and it also had an invoice attached showing what I had apparently ordered. One mascara for £19.99 3 packs of vibely eyeliner for £59.98 and shipping costs £12.95 . I emailed them straight away to say some sort of mistake has been made that I only ordered one mascara which was supposed to be £17 and I definitely did not order 3 packs of eyeliners I wouldn't even of ordered one because I don't use eyeliner and the shipping costs were only supposed to be £4 something!! I got an email back saying they were sorry for any confusion caused by the additional costs on my order and upon review they recognised that I might of ordered these things by mistake so they would like to offer me a 25% discount on the extra items and if I accept their offer I'm basically getting a really good deal because I'm getting to try out their products at a discount!! I know I didn't order those things by accident because I checked before I paid I would of noticed the total saying £90 because I don't have that kind of money to spend on cosmetics and I've never opted to pay for faster delivery ever . I understand that there is a returns policy but I doubt that will be a straightforward process. Please avoid buying from these con artists they will empty your bank account.

If I could give zero stars, I would please just stick to your usual store-bought mascara like Maybelline, etc.

I was so skeptical ordering this mascara that I saw on Facebook, but for some stupid reason I did. But I didn’t just get one. I got four because apparently before checkout I doubled my order and as soon as I got confirmation and saw that there was four ordered and checked my banking I was so surprised at how much was charged to my card because I’m in Canada. I contacted customer service immediately they offered to refund me 20% instead of just cancelling the order immediately and fixing it. This weekend I noticed a charge of almost $50 so I once again had to contact them and apparently again before checkout I opted in for VIP membership, which I absolutely did not do and again they’ve offered to refund me 50%. I hope more people give honest reviews, and this business gets shut down because I truly feel that I got scammed. Now I got four mascara that cost me way too much money that I’ll never use

I haven’t received the mascara yet

I haven’t received the mascara yet, but I knew it was a scam when I was charged for more than one tube. Apparently the company charged be for four mascaras and one eyeliner. All I wanted and ordered was one mascara and one eyeliner.
