I have been a customer since day one

I have been a customer since day one which means for 14 years already! I feel like that already says it all. They have had the best quality & sizing since the beginning. They also continue to create the most amazing trendy pieces that I always get compliments on when I wear them. And last but not least both girls are the kindest souls that put so much effort into the brand.

Worse customer service and quality of clothes

I ordered the essential hoodie and matching sweatpants in Burgundy.

The clothes are simply washed at the normal temperature 30 degrees, as stated on the label. The sweatpants shrank after 2 washes. Contacted customer service and she said that it is a common problem and that she herself also had this problem with her sweatpants. She told me to wash it out with vinegar. Did that and it didn't work. No compensation was offered and now I am stuck with a joggingset of 120,-, I wore only twice, because the pants don't fit well because of the shrinking. I will never order anything from there again.

Bad quality clothes and bad client services

The quality of the clothes is littarly horrible!! Ordered multiple things here for ALOT of money and I seriously have nothing left besides 1 dress. If you all wash it 2/3 times it is gone forreal. I emailed them about it they told me it was my washer 😂 Like cmon I obviously only have it with their brand because they use super cheap quality clothes and they put their cheap LASister logo in it to make it look like they made it😂 they just use the cheapest clothes and ask ridicouless prices for it. Dont buy here very bad client services aswell they ignore u after and deny the fact their quality is cheap asf
