Didnt receive them on the same day, as it was advertised when I paid, and the customer service was closed so I didn’t have any news. Then when my girlfriend received it it was the wrong bouquet, that really didn’t look good. And the customer service was not very nice when I contacted them

Very bad
I ordered flowers early in the morning to be delivered to Brazil. The website clearly stated same-day delivery, and I was even able to choose the delivery date. However, the flowers were not delivered on that day and could only be sent the next day, which completely ruined the surprise.
The worst part is that I was only informed in the evening of the delivery date that the order wouldn’t arrive as planned. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this service.
