Where has Latzio disappeared ?
I have bought several times from them and got great products and services. However, I placed an order back in December 2023 with an estimated delivery date of 20th January 2024. I still have received nothing, nor heard anything back from them. I tried contacting customer services only to have all my emails returned as the address doesn't exists. The company seems to have stopped trading and disappear into thin air, along with my money from unfullfilled orders and many others' I'm sure
Order never arrived
I made an order in 2022 that went through and was filled perfectly. I loved the stock that I purchased and had no issues whatsoever receiving it. My second order in late 2023 never arrived. I received one email saying there was a hold up in obtaining the stock from the manufacturer and then nothing. I haven’t been able to obtain proper contact details to contact them. I tried responding to that email but no response back. I won’t be making that mistake again.

If I could give this company less than a star I would. Pre ordered my friends Birthday present, in November 23 for arrival in December, for a Birthday in January. The item didn’t ever arrive. Endless emails saying it was going to, when I enquired. Then an email saying a refund would happen. I am on benefits. They’ve taken my money & didn’t refund. And my friend has no Birthday present, after waiting Months, & now I have to save for months, to buy something else.

I have bought some goods back in November 2023. Few days later I was informed that they are not able to deliver this kind of goods to the UAE and they will refund my money. It has been more than three months ever since, but they haven’t refunded my money yet. I have received many promising emails from Kate that she is waiting for feedback from company accountant Yure which has never happened! Both of them are part of team who is stealing money from customers!
Looking into previous reviews I can see that the Latzio company was rated as a 5 star company in some cases, but also with 1 star of disappointing customers recently confirming a new trend of Latzio company to rob new costumers.
Unfortunately, I live out of the UK, so any legal action against this company is difficult to raise, but definitely they should be investigated by police!
PLEASE DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE ROBBED!
Payed for two orders that never arrived.
Like of lot of other people on this site, i was told i was getting a refund for 2 separate orders from November last year that never arrived. Looks like they have now shut down the website, i can't access my account and emails are getting bounced back. Scammed me out of hundreds of pounds, trying now to get it back with paypal.

If they have your order, you're lucky. I waited months but was then told no product available, then 2 more months trying to get a refund. They lied continually, saying the refund had been made, but it never was. I eventually got my money back from the credit card provider.
An update: Paypal Claims…
I wanted to leave an update on my previous review of being unable to get a refund from Latzio for goods not recieved.
Last 10 days, I finally had no choice but to open a claim with Paypal to get my money back.. They immediatly found in my favour and the £285 Id lost was returned to my paypal account.
Next day i was told that my refund had failed. I opened a new claim and spoke to someone at Paypal on the phone after this happened a SECOND time with my refund being clawed back
I got someone on the phone, and beyond upset I asked why this kept happening> Unbelievably, he told me that Latzio were trying to APPEAL against my refund!
How can they appeal when i have an email chain with Kate promising y refund.
I was beyond shocked. I got my refund on the third attempt, but anyone making a claim through Paypal, expect it to not be an easy ride.
I write this so you know what's happening incase the same thing happenss to you,
Anyone still out of pocket, you need to immediately get hold of your bank for a charge back on to your credit or debit card as their website now appears to be down, which means they have now stopped trading and the company will likely very soon be in administration.

Now passed onto Kate’s colleague ‘Yure’. No response over the past week and a blatant disregard for any form of customer service. Still no sight of my money. Feefo reviews (supposedly 5 star) listed on their website are false - broken link. They are not even registered with Feefo. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They will not give me my 2800 pounds refund back and now they wont answer my emails. Its been months since they promised me a refund. I purchased a gift for my husband last March and they didn't make the order with the supplier and they were supposed to give me my money back and I have been waiting for months. At first they said they would refund my money and now they wont reply to my emails. Shameful behavior. Now I have to spend more money getting my lawyer involved as they wont respond to me.

When I emailed their customer service team. Their customer service rep Kate had the audacity to accuse me of lying and was adamant that the order was filled because she said so.

Took my money, no goods, no refund!
I placed an order of over £200 in November 2023. These were all intended Christmas presents. Due to their computer system failure, my order was not passed to the warehouse. All my items had sold out by the time I’d tracked it.
I then had to make a new order which I was told would arrive for Christmas. I AM STILL WAITING !!
I’ve received no goods whatsoever.
I have requested a refund. I have not received a refund.
They are a disgrace!!
I may now have to go through court as they have ignored my refund request. I have no goods and I’m over £200 out of pocket. Not only that, I had to re-buy my Christmas gifts and deliver after the event.

Placed an order before Christmas for it never to arrive. I had to contact them to see why, to be told it was out of stock. 8 weeks later and I am still awaiting my refund after numerous emails. They get responded to by Kate but I just get told the same thing in each email. Would not recommend purchasing from this website.
Delayed Refund
Unfortunately, it looks like I've been caught in the same situation as many others, I ordered from Latzio back in October, they were unable to deliver the goods to me and I've subsequently asked for a refund which is not progressing. Will update the review with further feedback as and when possible.
Ordered 3x from company
Ordered 3x from company, first order went ok, 2nd order Black Friday purchased 2items and they just sent out one saying out of stock of the other (wouldn’t have ordered it on its own, never gave me option to cancel). I cancelled another order (after waiting near to 3months for it) and was told 10 working days to refund, 1 month later I am still chasing them and have also realised they never refunded me for the black Friday order they didn’t have! They are not even contactable by phone, you get a very helpful woman called Kate…..who sounding sincerely by email just gives you the runaround and excuse after excuse, don’t buy from this company
NO REFUND
Ordered some glassware which was not in stock. 6 weeks later I have still received no refund.
Difficulty in obtaining a refund on item they couldn't source.
I ordered an item for Christmas was told supplier difficulties which was fair enough was then offered either refund or voucher. Went for the refund as easier to purchase elsewhere. This has all been going to and fro since October...keep being told waiting for accounts to contact Kate who I'm dealing with and keeps apologising for the delay in refunding me, not sure what's going on, but will have to do a charge back through my bank as LATZIO have had more than enough time to refund my money, fed up with the excuses. Will not be buying anything from them in the future.
