I love ordering from Latzio

I love ordering from Latzio. Delivery is fast and quality always 5*. I ordered a fat boy rocking chair and when it arrived the box was damaged but I didn’t report it. Subsequently when I came to use the chair some months later the rubber stoppers were missing. No problem for Latzio they kindly sourced them for me even though I should have checked the contents on arrival. Thanks as always for 5* customer service and being a genuinely nice online company to deal with.

i ORDERED SOMETHING

i ORDERED SOMETHING, WHICH YOU INFORMED ME 10 DAYS LATER YOU COULDN'T GET.

DPD APPARENTLY TRIED TO DELIVER TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS YESTERDAY AND SAID NOBODY WAS THERE TO RECEIVE A PARCEL. THIS IS UNTRUE AS THEY HAVE 24 SECURITY TAKING PARCELS ALL THE TIME.

Your estimated delivery date was 14th October and your parcel has been delivered today, 10th October.

I have been in touch with your offering a replacement for your Baobab 35MAX candle for which we have agreed and sent out two same candles in 24MAX instead as they were in stock and they would offer more burning hours. We went above and beyond as you asked us, if we could add a personal note which we have as it was a gift. You said you were very happy with the choice as well.

When I saw email from DPD yesterday saying they couldn't deliver, I have notified you immediately and asked you to reschedule the delivery when convenient. I have never received a reply to this email, otherwise, I would have reported the problem to DPD regarding a non delivery.

We are sorry to see that despite all our efforts, you were not satisfied with us at the end.

Brilliant company to deal with

Fantastic service

Super happy

I'm from Canada and I was watching for a précise object only found in Europe. I was afraid to order from a website I know nothing about.

Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order on the 2nd May 2023 for a table lamp with an estimated delivery date of 2 weeks. This date came and went. I went back on to the order confirmation to see that the delivery date had been pushed back another 4 weeks. I contacted the company the day before this estimated date as I hadn't received a confirmation of shipping so didn't think that this date was feasible. I then received a response to say that they would then be shipped another 4 weeks later so I asked for a refund as I couldn't wait any longer. I was told that the refund from the 'accounts' team would be processed in 14 days. This was around 6 weeks ago, with multiple emails from myself since then chasing up with Kate reassuring me that she has followed up with 'accounts'.
The response to negative reviews here is that they are a small family run business. If this the case how do they have an 'accounts team' that doesn't work alongside them or seemingly know how to process refunds judging by the string of negative reviews from people with similar experiences. I usually check Trustpilot before making any purchases from new sellers, but their website has a banner stating that they have received 4.5 out of 5 stars with 379 verified reviews from Feefo. Upon clicking on the link on the website this link leads to 0 reviews. I feel that I have been mislead and am now being fobbed off with promises of a refund that likely isn't coming.

DO NOT ORDER!! Would give it 0 if I could!

Terrible....DO NOT ORDER! I ordered a beanbag back in May. Firstly, I didn't even get an email confirmation - I had to email customer service to get actual confirmation of my order and payment. Delivery date was a couple of weeks after the actual order which I thought was satisfactory. When the delivery date had passed and I hadn't received the beanbag, I got in touch for them to say that it was out of stock.....why take my money in the first place then?!!!

After multiple emails back and forth I still have not got my money back...just fob off emails saying they they have instructed the finance department to refund my money ....it is nearly the end of July and I am still chasing my refund!!

If people are struggling to get a refund from this company contact your bank and get a charge back. I had to do this as a last resort and luckily my bank credited the money straight away and have raised a case with the company to claim the money back.

DO NOT ORDER!!

Ordered my bean bag in December 2022

Ordered my bean bag in December 2022 , cancelled and asked for a re-fund i January 2023 still have not been paid my money back after numerous emails saying accounts are off ill , will be paid next week etc , now we are in July and still no re-fund.

not trustworthy

Despite contacting several times to chase my refund it has now been nearly a month and no response since the initial email promising me a refund in 14 days. terrible customer service, except for someone telling me they will contact accounts over a week ago, can't be trusted with your money

Whicker chair missing !

Avoid ordering from this company , ordered a chair in April for our daughters birthday … fobbed off several times re slow delivery .Ended up buying a replacement and waiting for a refund .Disgraceful company !
