I have been dealing with Kate at Latzio Living. Having ordered six Claws Out Leopard Chairs, I was excited when they arrived this week.
The delivery couldn't have been better. SGK gave me a time slot and informed me when they were 40 minutes away.
The two delivery men were very polite and placed the boxes exactly where I requested.
I have now unpacked the chairs and they are even more stunning than in the pictures. They are beautifully made, with each chair matching in pattern and shading. They are very comfortable too. I am so impressed not only with the chairs but with the excellent service.
Thank you very much Kate and all at Latzio. I am looking forward to choosing more items from the company.

Do not order from here: waiting over 3 months for refund
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY : ordered bean bag December 9th with estimated delivery date 18th December. On 26th December they emailed me to say they didn’t have the fabric for the order so I could order another fabric or get a refund. I requested a refund. It’s now March 7th and I’ve still received no refund after emailing several times have had email responses with various excuses why I haven’t received my money back but not gotten anywhere and still have no refund 4 months after ordering the product.

Kate saved us!
We encountered many issues with our order due to supplier issues, but Kate in the customer services team was fantastic. She was always on hand, more than willing to help, and really made what otherwise would have been a stressful time, bareable! Kate should be commended for her services - she really did put the customer first and is an asset to the company. Would buy from the company again, but would otherwise have avoided but for Kate!

Tiresome and no product
Placed an order, advised delivery would be before 22/01.
No further correspondence.
Chased - sarcastic and poorly written response advised February.
Chased again today 10/02 - Another poorly written response with another failed attempt at sarcasm.
I still await no firm detail of the arrival of my item.
Excellent if you want to spend money and receive nothing in return.

Terrible experience getting a refund-…
Terrible experience getting a refund- like so many other reviewers here. I placed an order on 1 January. They took the money on the same day but wrote back on 13th saying it's out of stock. Forty-odd days later and after 9 email exchanges where a 'Kate' promises the 'Accounts' will pay the refund this Friday, next Friday, ....., Still no refund. Do NOT BUY from this company.

I have been told a series of lies by Latzio Customer Services including that my products were in their warehouse being stored for me, then that they were at the UK Border when it turned out they were still in Germany. They missed several delivery dates that they told me were booked in, failed to even tell me the deliveries wouldn’t come, ignored emails from me and finally have told me this week that a refund (first offered to me in June 2022) had been credited to my account when it has not been. I ordered the products in February 2022 and still have no products and no refund. I am now having to instigate court proceedings to get my money back.

Made an order a month ago and told was out of stock so asked for a refund. Have emailed customer services 3 times and they keep saying accounts will refund but still nothing. Would not normally give bad review but would not like other people to have to experience this

Buyer beware... Extremely slow at refunding money
Canceled an order a day after being placed, was repeatedly told a refund was being issued, on the way, checking with the status with the accounts team - over a month later, multiple check-in's and still nothing. Finally placed a case with American Express who refunded the money within 24Hrs.

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase received today, exactly as promised, in perfect condition. A beautiful pepper (capsicum) shaped vase in lovely greens and red colours. Still haven’t received my parcel and it’s been over 3 weeks now. DPD are telling me it’s been sent back to the sender but then the sender has told me DPD has it. So where is my parcel?! Can’t seem to get a straight answer from anyone so frustrated Is a understatement.

The items for sale are original- and always very competitively priced. On this occasion, I was looking for a very specific set of serax mugs for an xmas present. These were out of stock in highstreet shop I'd originally seen them in when I came to purchase them. There were very few retailers (in uk) with any stock at all, then I saw them in latzio - and on sale! Perfect. There was an initial glitch with my order - I'd bought several items and some were missing from parcel. I emailed customer services (on a weekend) as soon as I noticed- I got a reply that same day and a promise they would be shipped out on that Monday (before xmas). They were and arrived in time for Xmas- all happy all round! Even recieved an email after asking if all had arrived in time and was well too. Brilliant shop, prices and customer service!
