Terrible customer service
Terrible. They asked me to 'confirm' if I wanted to clean but without any explanation of why and with very poor English. they also suggested a skirt needed time to dry - I didn't send a skirt and I asked for dry cleaning. customer service is infuriating - 24 hours to get a response which ignores my questions and just asks me to confirm again. eventually got a clear answer, asked for two items to be cleaned, one not to be processed. only one was cleaned.

overcharged and low quality service
This service completely over charges you. Very low quality service for what you are being charged. My clothing was not folded, most clothing was inside out and it was not neatly packed. There are more quality services out there for a much better price. I would not recommend.

Terrible
Terrible, do not recommend using them. Have used 3 times, first order was good. Second order was disorganized, as delivery kept getting rescheduled later and later until beyond 10pm. I decided to use a third time and regret doing so. My expensive suits (x4) were sent for dry cleaning, they came back after being washed (yes washed) and folded. My order was so clear, “dry clean, on hangers” Totally ridiculous. Customer service and a very weak attempt at service recovery was unacceptable. So I’ve now had to pay someone else to actually do what I paid Laundryheap for. 2 of my jackets don’t sit properly after being washed, I’m hoping after being properly pressed they are ok.
Not worth the headache an frustration, let alone the damage to clothes. I was given 25sar (less than $9 Cdn) as compensation as account credit, not a refund. Will never use them again.

Laundry bags provided
It is good that laundry bags are provided. However, if a customer leaves a duvet in a bulky item bag, the duvet should be returned in a bulky item bag. Mine was returned in a small laundry bag. I will in the future require to send duvet for washing.

Making online booking?
I thought I booked online in IRL earlier today but never received a receipt although I confirmed my credit card & took screen grab of that for 00.00 until collection. Two hours later after receiving not text or email confirmation (why otherwise do they ask for this information when booking?), I tried to check with BOT, asked for agent etc. but kept getting the usual BOT blah about cannot answer my query re: whether my laundry is going to be collected. Won't be using laundryheap and will keep a lookout on my card to see if anything is charged. A waste of time IMO.
