The product is great and works well for…

The product is great and works well for my skin. The website is frustrating because it is difficult to control the repeat orders as I wish. Luckily, the customer service is excellent and efficient (although the overuse of teddy bear emojis and flowers is sweet but unnecessary).

I’m very impressed with Lava Art Cosmetic! The products are gentle on the skin, easy to apply, and give a natural, flawless finish. Customer service was also super helpful and responsive when I had questions. Shipping was fast, and the packaging felt luxurious. Highly recommended!
