My package was multiple days late, and when I received it the dress did not look how it was supposed to. The chest pads are very visible and it does not look like the photos. When I tried returning it they all of a sudden couldn’t abide by their return policy and only offered me 10% of the price. My dress was not customed in any way so I was very confused. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I ordered my prom dress about a month ago and was fully charged. I didn’t receive a confirmation email and didn’t realize until about two weeks later when I didn’t receive my package at the expected delivery date. It was only when I contacted them through email that I believe they shipped it out. Their tracking system is terrible and the information given is very vague and inaccurate. My new expected package delivery date was May 12, but I just emailed yesterday and was told that my delivery package is not even in the U.S and my prom is on Saturday. Very disappointed and frustrated with the overall service !

Do not order from this company!! They are not honest. I ordered a dress according to their size charts, it is way too big and they are fighting my attempts to return.

The dress was awful! Horrible material, nothing like the picture so decided to return and they are still yet to refund me as they won't accept the reason for why I wish to return the dress.
After several back and forth emails they agreed to a full refund IF I pay for shipping. I still thought this was unfair and the cost for this will be high so I decided to go through my bank to which they then threatened and tried scaremongering me by saying that they have a very strong legal team and should this dispute not go my way it could effect my credit rating.

Don’t trust this company. The return policy is very misleading. They only offer 20% refund or a 50% credit for another purchase. The dress is not high quality. DON’T BUY!!!!

Do not order from this company. My order never arrived and they stole my money. The never gave me a refund, the courrier they used does not have a phone number listed. Very shady company. They are theives.

DO NOT BUY FROM LAVELIYA!!! I received my dress inside out with ink marks on it. It also had a really strong fish odor. They will not give you a full refund and you have to mail it back clear to China. Awful experience!! Only an 85% percent refund was offered, the 15% percent they will keep for reinspection and dry cleaning which they did NOT do before sending the dress to me in that condition.

Disgusted. My daughter bought a dress for £130 that looked nothing like the picture, has a terrible fair and crap fabric. Tried to return and no replies. What a waste of a lot of money.

I am telling you do not walk RUN from this place. Order a prom dress for my daughter on March 30th paid for expedited shipping to receive by April 14th (her prom was April 25th) once we notice the week of shipping date the dress wasn’t coming we had to act fast and spend money on another dress. The bar never moved from under tailoring and it is now May 2nd again mind you the dress was ordered March 30th, expedited shipping April 14th. Last but certainly not least they will NOT give you a full refund. They offer to cancel the order and give you a certain percentage back. I later find out the website is not as legit as they make dresses look, they actually steal photos from other website and use. The dresses that they do send people whenever they do are nothing like the ones that’s actually pictured on their website. Horrible, horrible. I bought a dress from them a month prior to my prom date, and the website stated that it WOULD be there a whole week before my prom. Well, my dress arrived a week AFTER my prom, and when I emailed them multiple times, I was lied to every single time. They told me my dress would be there on time and that they “sped up the logistics” when that completely was false. When I received my dress, the sizing was completely wrong, the color was lighter than perceived, and the design barely looked like the example. I already have bad anxiety as it is and this company made it worse, then they had the nerve to offer 10% refund or a 50% off coupon. Why would I want to buy from here again after this experience?! And why would I want only 10% back? That’s only $14 back. This lowballing company wouldn’t give me 45% back even though that’s a completely reasonable price. Do not buy from here.

I ordered a dress and followed their advise regarding sizing & their size chart.. when the dress arrived it did not fit so I requested a refund they have said they will only offer a 10% refund.. do not order from here £25 delivery is crazy! Shein do nicer dresses that always fit at half the price with a lot of the time free delivery! Would not recommend this company!!

The ones they send are see through tool cheap beads and plastic. Truly the worst dress I’ve ever seen. When asked for a refund and return was told I could only get a partial refund. I ordered a prom dress on March 19th from this website with expedited shipping. It was supposed to arrive between April 4th and April 12th. Today is April 16th and still no dress. They sent me a shipping confirmation on April 13th but the number they sent doesn’t pull anything. I have emailed them SEVERAL times with no response. I even went into the website and put in an inquiry with no response. There is no phone number either. At this point, I have to find my daughter another dress. Stay away from this company. They do not operate with integrity and clearly doesn’t care about the customer.

Only received 20% off refund and was sent a dress that was nothing like the images it also didn’t fit properly. I’m so disappointed and will never buy from them or recommend it to anyone. Now I stuck with no dress and $330 gone. I had to message them on Instagram for them to reply to my message. They told me to keep the dress and they’ll give me $60 refund. At first I was very skeptical but still ordered the dress and then read these reviews after wards and panicked but the dress came in a good time frame and Is abit see through but blends in with the dress it has some lace that doesn’t need to be their and does need altering but customer service (Hana specifically) is amazing and they even expedited my shipping for free I ordered on 27th of March 26 and received it by 15 of April 26

I purchased a prom dress that came unfinished, damaged, very cheap materials, ill-fitting, and nothing like the picture. I have requested a refund, and they are trying to offer me a 20% refund or a gift card. They have offered me to keep the awful dress for future use, but I couldn't use that rag for anythin.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I purchased a dress expecting decent quality, but what I received was extremely disappointing — the material felt cheap, poorly made, and nothing like what was advertised.

What made the situation even worse was their nonexistent customer service. I have been trying to reach them for four days straight with no response whatsoever. Emails go unanswered, and there is no way to get in touch with an actual person. It’s beyond frustrating.

Their return policy also feels completely misleading. It’s advertised as if they stand behind their products, but in reality, it seems like a trap — because once you need help, no one is there to assist you.

Overall, this company is highly unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth your time or money. I strongly recommend avoiding them and shopping elsewhere.

Absolutely ultimate huge major scam do not order from this website. It is completely fraudulent. I ordered a dress waited a month and a half spoke to the service on multiple occasions and received a negative quality dress. It was supposed to be for my wedding. It’s effing PINK AND NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE I will be reporting this website and making it my mission that others get saved DONNOT ORDER FROM HERE.
