I will never ever use these people. I ordered a dress, just a size nothing else and they wouldn't give me my money back. These people are scammers and I found out they are from China. I'm reaching out to the BBB because these people have to stop. I read a lot of the reviews and they are all negative. This company has to be stopped from selling in the USA.

Scam company do not order
Ordered a gold dress the dress arrived and it was beige and looked nothing like the picture they will not give me a return address offering me 20% back on a dress that is £100 then when I said no I want to return they said I had to pay for shipping then lose another 15% on disinfecting which is pathetic as I wasn’t even put on do not order from here the dress look nothing like the pictures and you will not get a refund I will be getting my money back through the credit card company.
If there was a way I could show what I ordered and what came I would love it because it is actually a joke.

I purchased a cabernet color dress with a tan showing zipper throughout the back of dress. Making it cheap, not elegant and unflattering looking. Read the fine print as it is a China based website making it impossible to return dress. You will be pretty much stuck with what you order. The dress that I received is unwearable. There’s an enormous bulge at the back where the zipper is, the zipper doesn’t work and the colour is nothing like the picture.
As per the company’s advertised policy, I contacted them and asked to return the dress for a refund. I was offered a small amount to keep it, then a slightly larger amount and when I again asked for the return address, I haven’t heard back. It’s been days now.
I’m now being ignored, with a $265 dress that is unwearable.
Keep away from this company.

I would personally rate this place 0/5 star. The pictures of the dress I order didn’t show all the detail of the dress and when I received the dress it didn’t look like the photos. Not only that, but the dress looks cheaply made and very poor quality. While reaching out the company trying to return the dress the customer service was very delayed and it was a terrible experience. They refuse to give a full refund. I will not be ordering from their website ever again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been deceived

Laveliya Australia apparently but that’s how they deceive consumers thinking it’s from Australia. All wrinkles when it arrives how can you wear them like that.
Don’t ever buy from them it’s not worth of your money. Go to the shop or research the actual location where you buy them. Take note I’m have been very stingy with websites and still they was able to deceive me.

If you need to modify the dress fabric or add additional embellishments, we will calculate the price difference based on the principle of refunding excess or charging for shortfalls. Minor alterations incur no additional fees. Regarding the creasing issue, dresses may develop wrinkles during transit. We recommend ironing or airing the garment to smooth them out.

Your Consumer Rights against Fraudulent Companies like this one.
I gave two stars for people trying to find real information and filtering out the 1 and 5 star bot spam. This company does not deserve any stars.
Firstly, if you insist on buying from them. ALWAYS use a credit card (more on this later). Never use debit or charge cards.
They are not based in the UK despite the .co.uk name. They are a 100% Chinese outfit and they have zero presence in the UK. If you have a problem with their products, which is likely, they will try to weasel out of refunds, and even if they agree to a refund, they will insist that you post to China at your own expense, and if you do post it they will make every excuse that they have not received it.
This is fraudulent, misrepresentative, and in violation of your statutory consumer rights in the UK.
If you have fallen victim, your most powerful tools are Section 20(8) of the Consumer Rights Act, and the Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
First, make references to Section 20(8) of the Consumer Rights Act when contacting their support team. Specifically request that, under this act, they must provide full refund AND cover return costs when goods are defective and within 14 days of purchase. Laveliya will likely refuse the refund and/or refuse to cover return costs.
Next, escalate to your credit company for a chargeback. Show that you have made contact with company in good faith and attempted to resolve first. Most credit card companies will grant the cashback but some may not (looking at you, American Express).
If your chargeback fails, escalate to a section 75 claim with your credit card provider. By law, they must accept your case. Provide all evidence, and specifically state that Laveliya is both misrepresentative, by posing as a UK company when they are not registered on Company House, AND that they violated your consumer rights by refusing to refund and cover return for defective goods. It is VERY unlikely your credit card provider rejects this claim.
If you have a really bad credit card provider who refuse the claim, take them to a small claims court. You WILL win.
For good measure you should also make a Trading Standards report. They don't help with recovering your money but with enough reports they will shutdown Laveliya.
Remember, the law is on your side so never give up. Together we can do our part in stamping out these fraudulent companies.

Alright experience
I've read a lot of mixed reviews about this company. My experience with them was alright. I ordered the A-line V-Neck Short Sleeves Appliques Lace Asymmetrical Chiffon Wedding Dress. It came in looking similar to the picture and fit like a glove. I did pay the extra $8 for custom tailoring, and the dress itself is not tight fitting so that may have something to do with the feel of it. Seems like a hit or miss company though. I might've just got lucky but I am happy with how my dress turned out.

The quality is awful — the dresses I received look nothing like what was shown on the website. The colours and fit are completely different, and the glowing testimonials are very misleading.
I spent £225 on two dresses for my daughter's wedding that are both unwearable. When I requested a refund, the store only offered me a 30% partial refund to keep the items or a gift card, while expecting me to pay the return shipping costs. Even if I return the products, they are still refusing to refund me the full amount paid and said they need to deduct 15% of the total cost for cleaning, even though I have not worn it — which is a clear breach of consumer rights.
Getting a straightforward refund is proving impossible, and I will be escalating this further. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

I ordered a mother of the bride dresses it looked nothing like the picture and far too small. I ordered an 18 but it was more like a 14.
Wanted to return the dress at my cost as no good to me only to find out that they give you three options, which doesn’t include a full refund. After a lot of emails we finally agreed on a 50% refund and I keep the dress. Wanted to know how many other customers they treated like this and how many they’ve ripped off. Got no comment.
