Booked a massage for two people for 2pm…
Booked a massage for two people for 2pm arrived 5mins early, pleasant enough staff, however once showed to a room , we were sat left lying on the beds for 20mins before anyone came in
When they did come in my masseur decided to give me a Thai massage when I had booked a relaxation massage, so i had to correct her
Coupled with that throughout the hour they both talked amongst themselves as though we wernt there
Hardly relaxing, late and ignorant to the fact we were there trying to have a massage in silence
Also their mobile phones were ringing at reception, which tarnished the whole experience

Sorry to hear your view, this is not typical feedback. The therapists were running late due to a previous customer delay and the shop phone hadn't been switched back to silent. The therapists apologised more than once for the delay, it seems you were unresponsive to this and our professional questions. Before I read your review, I was told that one of the therapists was reduced to tears. I see two sides to every coin ...

I don't usually write reviews but i felt i had to mention the facilities in Lavender's massage parlor were excellent. From the service provided, which was very professional and staff were very knowledgeable and friendly to approach. Their hygiene was outstanding, it was very clean. I will definitely be using their facilities again in the future.

I and my partner visited Lavender Thai Therapy just prior to the covid lockdown. Newly opened, it was bright, modern and very welcoming. We both received wonderful treatment from Chinda and look forward to visiting again once we are able.
