Faulty item
Ordered a baby Christmas bodysuit , arrived washed it, all stitching came undone , really poor quality . I have emailed several times they won’t exchange or refund and ignored my last email . There customer service is appalling.

We are so disappointed to see you have left us a one star review Alicia, however we value all feedback and appreciate the time taken to complete this.
We can see from your correspondence with the team that your order, including five items, was delivered in October and one item became faulty after washing in December. As stated in our terms and conditions, we as a company cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during the laundry procedure, which is a common practice of most companies.
We understand your frustration in the outcome of the situation, however must point out none of your emails have been ignored, the outcome of your query had been provided, of which you after advised us that we were a ‘rip of merchant.’ We did respond to recommend that we were not, as each of the other four items you had purchased were perfect, of which we can see your last email to our team, was simply an extremely frustrated email, stating that now each of the items were defective. We completely understand your frustration, however it is stated on our website that if an item arrives defective, of which you confirmed yours only became defective after washing, that we must be made aware when the parcel arrives, so that we can rectify this in the best way possible. However your parcel was delivered in October and we were only advised one item had become defective in December.
Once again we thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback and hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

My favourite childs boutique, I love an embroidered item of clothing and LLS always do such a beautiful job with lots of options and the best quality clothing at such a reasonable price!
Lots of beautiful designs too that I've not come across before! Their turnaround is always quick and usually dispatched just the day after ordering which is impressive!
