Contacted them September 2025 to effect a change of Title on my property with the Land Registry. Transfer completed July 2026, through no fault of Lawhive, purely due to Land Registry inefficiency. Special thanks to Hadassa Forte who started the procedure, exceptional thanks to Lisa Banks who was very professional and helpful with regular updates throughout the entire proceedings.

My lawyer, Nazish, was responsive and efficient with the case. However, I did need to sometimes chase her for progress, but a gentle reminder always seemed to work and progress was made.

The Lawyer assigned to us did an amazing job chasing up various companies that were involved. She responded extremely well to our requests and explained processes clearly to us.

I engaged Lawhive to transfer the title of two properties owned by my deceased mother to my sister and myself. The necessary land registry documents were quickly prepared and submitted to the Land Registry.

Very easy to book a lawyer and it was pretty straightforward after that as well and the rates were very competitive as well.

I discovered Lawhive after being served a redundancy notice which required a very short turnaround and after a quick consultation call with a Lawhive representative they were able to outline what the process and fees would be upfront. After agreeing to proceed, I was put in contact with my lawyer, Ritu Patel, who was able to provide a full review and explanation of the redundancy notice to me. I was also offered advice for where certain aspects of the notice could be disputed which was much appreciated. Overall, Ritu was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process, from initial redundancy notice (Feb 2026) through to reaffirmation signing (May 2026), and for my experience I would be more than happy to recommend Lawhive and Ritu Patel in particular.
