This day Thiago was to do our lawn care. He looked at our clover, crab crabgrass etc. He gave us watering tips, and an overall serviced our lawn. He spent time talking to us, and advice as to when to water, how do use our rain gauges,and what we might do to help with some of our issues that we’re having. He was very helpful. We are extremely pleased with the service we get at Lawn Doctor coming from Hanover mass.

I started this year and only had two services with them. This is my true experience. On the first day when the technician comes, I explained to him the areas to avoid and the sensitive plants to avoid spraying. He nodded and went on spraying. Within a week my 8-month-old two Hydrengias died. I didn't bother to complain thinking it was a mere mistake and thought of giving them a chance. Here comes the second service. Today I called the company and informed them what happened and specifically asked to instruct the technician to avoid my organic gardening and flowers before they arrive. When they arrived I accompanied him to the backyard and showed him the areas to avoid spraying. He was boasting about the experience, but I don't think he put any effort to listen. He assured me not to worry. Then I caught him through my security camera entering the area I asked him to skip. Spraying over my vegetation. I came out and why he did that and the answer was, "You guys are safe". What an arrogant service provider! So, friends don't take chances. Avoid at any cost if your situation is similar to mine.

I live in Georgia and installed a new Zoysia backyard last year. After the grass established I let Lawn Doctor treat it since my Bermuda was doing great.
I found oud out this spring that Zoysia was not their strong point. My Zoysia is dead this year. "Oh it must have been that cold winter" BS.
Today I fired them since I am retting no help whatsoever. Just text messages but no visit to the site to actually investigate. I have pics if this is EVER challenged by any lawyer.

Mitchel and his team does an awesome job. My yard has never looked better! I would recommend them to anyone!

Just awful. Expensive and the kids that treat the lawn are incompetent.

Lawn Doctor Fort Worth TX is always behind on service, their truck is broken. Tech spreads fertilizer using a small hand held device. After paying for services for more than a year I have a yard full of weeds such as henbit, dandelions, purslane, spruce, crab grass and wild poinsettia. I've called and complained numerous times, they say they will retreat free but don't.

This was our Tree and Shrub insect and disease prevention. This was a reschedule from a previous cancellation.
We are in Pembroke Massachusetts and a completely satisfied with our technician. Our local office is consistent with sending same tech, they know us and remember our issues and concerns.

This is the worse lawn service ever.Mike is very rude and even after canceling the service .He sent someone for the treatment and charged my credit card.This is nt the first tie this happened with them.WORSE SERVICE.

I didnt think company worst than Truegree was existed until I worked with LawnDoctor.
TrueGree does sloppy job but they have a better scheduling system and they are more organized. Lawn Doctor can not even schedule the service. Everything is up on the air! Stay away!

We used Lawn Doctors for a year! The bald spots are still in our yard!! My husband and I have just decided to treat our yard ourselves. When I called to complain we've paid you all 90.00 for a year without the slightest improvement. Never again if they come to you RUN!

I am writing to share my experience with Lawn Doctor of Annapolis Bowie in the hope of warning others who may be considering using their services. I contracted with Lawn Doctor for a basic 6 step fertilization and weed control program for my lawn from March 2019 to August 2022. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service that I received.

Despite paying for their service, I had to hire a landscaper to put down grass seed as Lawn Doctor failed to provide a service that yielded grass. When I reached out to Lawn Doctor to address my concerns, they denied any responsibility for their failure to provide the service I contracted them for.

In addition, I discovered that they engage in misleading marketing practices on their website, failing to disclose important information about potential issues with Bermuda grass infestations and the difficulty of eradicating them.

I ultimately had to escalate the matter to the Maryland Office of Attorney General Consumer Protection Division to obtain a refund. Based on my experience, I would caution anyone considering using Lawn Doctor's services to think twice and consider other lawn care providers.

Dont want to write out a long and drawn out whining session. Just my early on experience as a new customer to lawn doctor. Got a message on my cell phone on the afternoon of the supposed 1st application saying it had to be canceled with no explanation. Made a call to inquire as to why. Did receive a call back with an answer of broken equipment and i expressed my concern about as to the timing as to prevent the weeds. Was told there was plenty of time and agreed to a reschedule. Doesnt appear of a visit today for the application and never received a call. I shouldnt have to babysit a business and its promises. Will just take care of my lawn myself. No longer feel comfortable or trust this company. Canceled all future services.

I hired lawn doctor this year, big mistake! After their 1st service I have weeds especially in some large areas that they obviously didn’t treat. I called to complain and they were supposed to come out to retreat ( or actually treat) areas they missed. Almost a week later, no call and no show.

Customer service is terrible. I call three times about weeds that was left in my yard after 4 years of service. When I called the person I spoke with was very rude. on the third call John was just as rude as the other lady that I spoke with. I believe her name is Nancy. When I told John to cancel my service he said I can do that for you. Not, I am sorry, how can we make it right. nothing like that. If you are thinking about hiring them, DON'T!!!
