Cancelled my order but didn’t tell me
Place order on line for some log lap timber to repair garden building
Lawson took order and sent acknowledgment I then got a PayPal refund for order with no correspondence from Lawsons, cancelling Theo deer with out letting me know at all.
I phoned them and they confirmed it was cancelled and told me I’d have to sort it out elsewhere.
Very poor customer service. Will never use again
