Ordering process on line quite easy and tracking very helpful as I knew the delivery day.Well packaged and looks a good product.

I ordered the sander which came on time but some sanding sheets were missing so I emailed them and within two weeks they had replaced the sheets. Unfortunately the error was the manufactures fault and not Lawsons.

Love the product,the quality and could not believe the speed. Ordered Monday it arrived the next day.

The prices were very competitive compared to other online stores and arrived within a couple of days.

Very helpful as my old address was used and the lady actually found the time to phone me to chech that I had the right pickup shop. Also when I went to the Totnes shop to collect my goods the were very helpful.

New website meant we had to re register. Order received on the second working day which was good. Order received torn and squashed.

Very pleasant service despite being asked if I was sure I'd asked for my order to go to the store I was standing in! Waited over 10 minutes in a quiet shop as my order couldn't be found. It eventually turned up hidden behind others. It would have been quicker for me to picked it off the shelf myself.

Easy website. So nice to be able to check if something is in stock before making a trip. Even better to order on line and then collect from the store. I love Lawsons great products, good value, long lasting. Excellent service.

My first time shopping click and collect with Lawsons and wouldn't hesitate using this method again. A member of staff promptly called informing me that my item would take a few days as my it had to be delivered from another store and that they would call me once it had arrived for pick up, which they did. A very problem free experience.
