Great experience
I’ve always struggled with the logistics of planning a vacation—usually, I get so overwhelmed by all the options that I just give up. Layla.AI was a total gamechanger for me.
The whole experience was incredibly smooth. I just shared what I was looking for, and Layla mapped out an entire itinerary with so much attention to detail. It’s such a relief to have every day planned out perfectly without having to spend hours jumping between different travel sites and spreadsheets.
I just finished booking everything and I couldn't be more excited! Knowing that my whole trip is organized and ready to go takes so much weight off my shoulders. If you want a perfectly tailored trip but don't want the headache of planning it yourself, you definitely need to try this.

I almost didn't wanna do the subscription, but soo glad I tried…
I almost didn't wanna do the subscription, because of some of the reviews on here. But I was so overwhelmed planning the honeymoon trip that I just went for it anyway and I'm really glad I did!!
The AI isn't perfect, for sure, there were some mistakes and I had to correct it a couple of times (but I mean you can never just take anything 100% from the AI, we should all be used to that...)
In the end the time it saved me was just insane. And i also feel Layla came up with such great places and experiences that I would never have found.
The cherry on top was was getting connected to an actual human to finalize the booking. They already had all the context from my planning session so no re-explaining needed which was great.
Its not flawless but its genuinely one of the most usefull travel tools ive come across.

It’s really cool, but it’s useless
It’s really cool, it’s easy to use, it’s pretty, but it’s so flaky that it’s unusable. Scrambled dates, random wacky destinations, pushes hotels, and it went on.
Useless.
Update: they are responsive enough to give me a full refund without my asking. So three stars.

Features were good but 2nd day of the 3 day free trial their website stops working. Displays 403: Forbidden no matter which browser I use and how many time I cleared cache. Ended up being charged the annual subscription fee. Emailed their help email and all they can do is offer 50% refund. Like your website is not even working for me so what am I paying for.

Misleading introductory offer
I signed up for the 3 day free intro to the Premium service. Discovered on day 2 that many errors were made: I specified dates for travel, but the itinerary I was presented didn't hew to them -- and when I pointed this out, the "corrected" itinerary dates were again wrong. And when on day 3 I tried to cancel, I was informed that actually the "3 day" free intro was over exactly 72 hours after signup -- which was not made clear on the site. (My cancellation, that is, was on day 3, but an hour or so after the time on day 1 I had signed up: so my credit card was charged the annual fee.) I repeatedly asked for a refund, but they refused. Not the way customers ought to be treated.

I am so sorry for the frustration here. You're right, a "3 day trial" should feel fair, not like a race against a 72-hour clock. We’re currently reviewing how we communicate that cutoff to avoid this exact situation. I’ve also shared your feedback about the date errors with our dev team; that’s not the experience we want for our Premium users. A full refund has been processed.

I went on the site to start free trial. Then i wanted to download but this was not possible. I clicked the wrong button and suddenly i payed 49,99 dollar. Normally there is another site where you have to accept something or a question if you really want to buy the subscription. I tried clicking it away but the damage was already done. Immediatly contacted and the answer is we can refund 50%. Feeling scammed.

Unfortunately like most of the low score reviews its for the same reason - not so impressed with the service vis a vis price and when I went to cancel the 3 day trial they had already taken the subscription money.

I cancelled during the free trial. They kept the money anyway!
I upgraded to premium with the understanding that there was a 3 days trial with a full refund for a cancellation. I tried the platform, wasn't impressed, so I cancelled the subscription. When I finally checked my creditcard log 3 months later, they still hadn't paid me back.
Of course, they make cancellations tricky nor have an email to contact them for such topics either.
UPDATE 27.10.25:
I finally wrote to the "support (at)" email that is NOT published on their website, and they IMMEDIATELY refunded the money without question so I wrote back, "The way you refund the me immediately, it seems like to me that you deliberately hold back the refund until someone complains".
This is how they answered (copy/paste): "To clarify, we can only process cancellations or refunds when a user explicitly requests them. If a user cancels but doesn’t reach out to request a refund, our system has no way of automatically issuing one, as that would go beyond the user’s expressed intent."
So they deliberately don't pay people back. In Germany, doing this deliberately is criminal fraud (§ 263 StGB) under the German Criminal Code, or if it is systematic to all "trial cancellations" (ie, doing it with everyone cancelling during the trail), then it is "commercial fraud" (§ 263 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 StGB).
I'm not wasting any more time with them. Very untrustworthy.
