I purchased a beautiful clock from LCP in February. It took about a month to receive it. During that month, I asked for a refund because the clock was taking too long and I couldn’t get a reasonable explanation from the company.
The clock FINALLY arrived and I was glad to put LCP behind me. Sadly, I was wrong. Several months later I get a charge of 19.99 from them. I tried to deal with it thru my bank app but couldn’t. Then, it actually slipped my mind. But when another withdrawal came, I notified both the company and my bank. The company said I signed up for their Gold Membership @ a cost of 19.99 per month and for that fee, I’d receive a monthly gift. Not only was I never notified that I was a member of this so-called Gold Membership, I never received any communications asking me or reminding me to select a gift.
My guess is that the membership option was so cleverly buried,that I missed it!
While the clock is beautiful, I would warn against purchasing from this company. I believe they have sneaky practices to hook the consumer for a membership unbeknownst to them. Not to mention the time it took to get my merchandise.

Had lots of trouble gettin g delivery but they finally made it and were polite and patient and did what they needed to do to get the hearing aid to me

Please never buy products on this company ! You will have no information about tracking and you will wait more than 2 mounths to get your product … Still waiting until this day …

I can only advise anybody not to buy anything in this shop! It is scam, really! First they write you they can t deliver your product after you have already paid due to any technical reason, but when you pay additional 10dollar, they can. Then you complain , then they reduce this amount to 5 dollar. Then when you complain again, then they offer you a voucher with the amount +10%! …but of course you will not find another product which you really need and matches this exact amount : that what you paid +10% ….This is a trick from my understanding.At the end you have waste at home + outstanding voucher amount of the shop, and you will buy buy buy - mostly thing you do not need !!!!Not pay anything at all

Please be wary of this company, they are charging my account every two months approximately, I have no idea what it is for as It started in 2023. as far as I know I have never ordered anything from them but must have tried to at one time. REPEAT they are charging my account monthly for nothing, It was not a huge amount, just enough to get overlooked... BEWARE DO NOT USE LIFE CHANGING PRODUCTS !!!

Terrible company please avoid!!! I ordered a ceramic cat water fountain automatic device-pink, I wasted $151.25 and I have no cat fountain to show for it. If there is any issue with product or delivery they will happily steal your money and ghost you.

Delivery took ages and I could not see where the company was based. I was out when it was delivered and couldn't find the post office card, by the time I checked my emails it was already being returned to sender. I tried contacting Australia post to have it redirected but they were unable to and advised to contact the sender. Life changing products kept trying to handball me to Australia post saying it wasn't their issue, even when I confirmed on their website and via phone that it had been returned to Life Changing Products warehouse in NSW. I asked if I could pay for shipping to have it returned to me and they did not respond. I then emailed that I would like a refund and they never responded. Absolutely appalling customer service. Please do not make the same mistake I did by trusting this scamming company.

First of it the products quality, then the affordable price for a premium item. Just after, the tracking allowing the end customer to follow where his parcel stands at any moment, and lastly, the delivery time within the announced period ( arrived several days in advance ).

This company is fraudulent. I purchased an item, and cancelled immediately upon verification that the items would be shipped from a foreign country and would arrive in multiple boxes/ requiring assembly. I asked to cancel the order. I was then told the product had already shipped. My credit card was charged, the company refused to cancel my order, sending daily emails asking verification of the shipping address. So I found out that in fact, the item had not yet been shipped despite their allegations that it had been. I repeatedly asked for a cancellation and a refund, but the company stated they would charge me a 10% "commission" since the item was pending shipping. The "alleged' company lawyer in Israel, contacted me via phone and email and threatened litigation. QUOTE: "We are not trying to threaten you, but to explain the facts to you, and as soon as a customer claims fraud, legal treatment is initiated which has additional costs with the credit company and then we collect them from the customer, we try to avoid that, that's all." Unnamed company lawyer. SCAM!

I ordered a large pillow for my wife, but I made a mistake and oerdered the wrong colour. An email coreted that situation. I was impressed by the speed of the email reply. Then I did not receive the pillow for quite a while. When I emailed again, I was told that the package was already waiting at the ost office - their notification had failed. SO I was able to pick up the package. The pillow was well wrapped and arrived in very good condition. My wife is enjoying your product. Thank you for your exemplary after sale service!

I started trying a lot of stores advertising on Facebook not knowing initially that there were lots of scams on it. One store I found reliable was LCP and all I ordered came to me on time right at my doorstep and on good order and exactly what I expected. I have been so impressed with their LCP products I don’t entertain any fears of being scammed whenever I order from them.

First, I will start with the two positives. The clock is lovely. Secondly, customer service is prompt and friendly. Now for the unpleasant bits. The clock was ordered on 2/3/24 and received on 4/3/24. Enough said there. After such a long wait, I requested a refund. That seemed reasonable after such a long wait. The representative asked me to be patient a bit longer. I felt I had been patient enough.
With that said, I will reiterate that the customer service was prompt. I will also state that the clock is lovely and will fit nicely in the space.
So, if you’re in no hurry, the product is lovely. The lowered review is because of the length of time to receive my clock and though, I love the click, I do feel if a customer requests a refund for a reasonable reason, there should be no pushback.

Wanted to buy a vintage lighter I could find anywhere else. Wanted to charge me $8.50 for a tracking number which made me distrust the site. Come to read reviews about LCP and only find positive reviews from what seem like bot accounts and only negative reviews from shoppers in the US. Safe to say they either hate Americans or are a sham of a company

Scam. Never received my product and they never responded to my email in regard to my purchase.

I am profoundly disappointed with my regrettable purchase.

Firstly, I bought the "Adjustable Portable Tablet Stand 7 Angle Compatible With 8 TO 15.6 Inch Laptops" for $24.99, and what I have received is nothing like what I was expecting. The material is weak, the product is of very poor quality and simply does not support the weight of my HP 14" LAPTOP. It bends backwards, almost reaching a breaking point. I have left 2 negative (1-star) reviews, which are still pending approval and, thus, never published. I have already bought another laptop stand for €19,99 and I have no interest in keeping the product purchased on the LCP website.
I am currently asking for a total refund (which should cover the cost of sending the product back to China!).

Secondly, I bought the "Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Set - White Keyboard Mouse" for $39.79, which was delivered without the mouse. I have received only the keyboard. I am currently trying to get the mouse, or send the keyboard back and get a total refund.

Honestly, I could not be more disappointed with my regrettable purchase. What a waste of time and money! Such a hard work!

Run!!! The wrist heart sensor I bought doesn’t work at all. I can get a refund if I mail it back to China!!!! Otherwise I will be sent a replacement of a product I now don’t want.

I ordered 3 bundles of fake daffodils and they arrived vacuum-packed within the specified time period.
I combined the daffodils with other silk daffodils I already had and they make a stunning display.

Scammers tricked me, the product said it was in stock so I bought it after more than 10 days and it didn't arrive I had already left the country they forced me to buy the product and they still delivered it and without having the product I paid for something that didn't even have time to use because the false promise of delivery was unbelievable

This company is a rip off. I bought 3D Cloud Neck Sleep Pillow Multifunctional Egg Sleeper All-round Orthopedic Neck Pillow for Sleeping Pain. This pillow came very small and only gave me neck pain. I waited 1 week to find out how to return and they finally came back and gave me an address to china to pay for shipping it back myself, then told me there would also be a 10% cancellation fee. People don't buy this pillow from them. I paid over $26 and later found the same pillow on the Temu website for $6.78 but the pillow gave me a stiff neck. Don't purchase anything from this company because if you don't like it, you've thrown most of the money you spent away. I also found these on Ebay for 1/3rd of the price and free shipping. This company is from China and they don't care about customer satisfaction Never again will I get something from China!!!
