I just purchased a Canon Laser printer which came with starter cartridges installed. They lasted a day! I replaced with the High yield toner cartridges last night and my printer recognized them right away and is printing beautifully! I've purchased toner from LD Products many times, for my 12 year old Dell Laser printer as well. Never an issue

hp has installed a new firmware that does not allow third party cartridges to be used.

Excellent products and customer service. Have been using this company for years and they always exceed my expectations.

When searching for ink prices, LD Products will be the lowest priced option. However, you get what you pay for.... They sent me the wrong order, customer service did correct this. I did not immediately need the ink, now a few months later one cartridge does not work. This has happened a couple of times now and this is my final order with LD. Now needing ink I placed an order with Staples. It was fast delivery and much higher quality product for 1-2 dollars more.

If you want cheap and might not work, use LD Products. Otherwise, look at other options.

For years we have used LD printer cartridges for three Epson WorkForce Printers due to cost savings. The cartridges worked until Epson changed there cartridge tracking which caused the cartridges not to work. LD replaced all of the cartridges.

This is what good companies do.

I paid extra for quick delivery. They don't tell you that it's not overnight, it's 2 day and not in the AM. My delivery may not be here until evening. I was ordering because my reserve toner from them was no good. When I called they would not do anything for me.

So far, so good. Eliminated stomach cramps using sleep healing and face is smoother using Radiance

I am having issues with printer not recognizing the ink cartridges. I have had to discard 2 ink cartridges before I the thirde one worked.

The cartridge shipped would not fit the copier. The cartridge was labeled the same as the manufacturer's original cartridge. Sent pictures of the cartridge next to the manufactures cartridge to show the difference in shape but still had to pay return shipping to receive a refund.

Had an ink cartridge failure with lots of ink still left in the cartridge. Call customer service who took immediate action to send me a replacement. The end result is the new ink cartridge works so far and I'm a happy customer. :)

The ink does not work with my Epson. I have called twice. first they sent me a new cartridge that did not work. They altered the real epson ink cartridge so the printer can not read it. The second call I never recieved any return lable and was told that i will not be refunded until 2 weeks after they recieve their unused product back. Well I opened them to put them in my printer to find out they do not work. Then i see that i have to pay the return postage. On the site I have an account but it does not have my original order. I feel so scammed.

The gentleman tried to guide me through many steps to make it work over the phone. When we were unable to do that after many different attempts, he replaced the defective cartridge. I’m dealing with LD for decades and very happy as always.

Before making my purchase I called the company to learn how the product is designed to work. The representative was very patient and courteous in explaining the technology and convinced me to purchase the procduct.
