5 toner cartridges shipped loose in a large box. Obvious damage to the product. Wish I could attach pictures. Phone calls never picked up or returned and no response to email.

The products I ordered have not shipped. I have not received any shipping information from LD. No one answers the phone or emails. I had no problems with past orders.

The products I ordered have not arrived. There is no information from UPS on the tracking number LD provided with the email that said my order had shipped. No on answers the phone or emails. This used to be a good company. Something happened.

After reading the reviews I am skeptical. I ordered cartridges but it did not give me the discount. I called and no one was available to answer the phone. Sent email message requesting discount be applied to my order. Still awaiting a response. Final rating TBD.

Bought 2 re-manufactured toner cartridges in July 2022. I use my printer very infrequently (40 pages/month). 1st cartridge began to show "streaks" after first 160 copies (4 months). I continued to use it and put up with the streaks until they became unbearable (next 120 copies and another 3 months). Decided to install second cartridge. It began to show "shadows" over the entire page after 5 months. Put up with that for another 5 months and finally decided to purchase a "new" cartridge from a different vendor. If you think you're saving money, think again.

Placed an order using PayPal 11/5/2023, funds removed from my payPal account, but items never received as of 11/21/2023. No response to phone calls to customer service and / or sales lines. No track number made available. Terrible service - seeking full refund from Paypal. Will not use this merchant again due to poor service.

The toner shipped was defective and after contacting them, they asked to discard their defective toner and that they will send another tested cartridge, but never received and made numerous calls to customer service, but never HAD a RESPONSE!

Great high resolution paper. Always send me quickly what I order. Cheaper than Amazon even with free shipping with Prime. Can't beat that with a stick.

Ordered in-stock items. Items haven't shipped but my credit card has been charged. Couldn't reach anyone by phone for several days. Sent emails that were finally responded to, telling me the items are backordered and will ship in 1-3 weeks. The items still show as in-stock on the website. Not sure if I'm actually going to get what I ordered.

I tried to order a replacement drum unit for my printer. They processed he payment through Paypal and when I clicked the Place Order button, I received an error message that my order could not be placed. The money was immediately transferred from my Paypal account. I called and was placed on hold forever, than finally was able to leave a message, which never got a response. I called again, went on hold again, clicked to have their customer service dept call me back at my number when my turn came up, and no call came. I sent an email with the order information and the Paypal receipt. No response. I sent another 4 days later. Finally, I rec'd a response that said they couldn't find my order. I sent the paperwork again. I was told their accounting department had told my support person that they couldn't process Paypal payments and that in 9 or 10 days, I would get a refund. In the meantime, I could place an order with my credit card. I even tried that, but the message was that the quantity (1) was too great. I now have hours invested to buy a $60 item, and still need to make sure that they actually refund my money. It's not worth the fight.

Cartridge I purchased does not work. Called customer service 3 times. No return call.

It seems over the last 2 years your LD branded color toner cartridges are not up to the original HP standards. Every time I have replaced a cartridge it only lasts about a month before it puts color streaks on the paper making it unusable. What happened to Quality Control at LD products? I have two color cartridges that are about 70% full and they are junk. My wife wants to print Christmas cards, but again poor quality cartridges will not let that happen unless I replace a 3 color cartridges.

I have not received my order 03-000238040 placed October 19, 2023. I would like refund of $300.26. I have be unable to reach you thru number.

I PLACED AN ORDER 10.07.23.
IT IS NOW 10.23.23. 16 DAYS AGO.
THIS SHOULD HAVE TAKEN MAYBE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM ANYWHERE.
I TRIED TO CALL AT LEAST 6 TIMES IN THE LAST WEEK.
ONE TIME I WAS ON HOLD FOR NEARLY 30 MINUTES AND THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM DISCONECTED ME.
ONE TIME I DESIDED TO USE THE AUTO CALL BACK, BUT IT DID NOT ALLOW ME TO PUT IN MY PHONE NUMBER. RATHER IT WAS GOING TO TRY TO CALL ME BACK ON MY WORK NUMBER.
SO, I TRIED AGAIN FROM MY CELL PHONE.
THAT WAS 4 DAYS AGO AND STILL WAITING.
I WILL TRY AGAIN TODAY!!!
IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO START I WOULD.
IF I GET AHOLD OF ANYONE I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY ORDER!!!

I love LD products. I would give them ten stars if I could. I’ve been shopping with them for many years. I am very enthusiastic about their cartridges they last a long time they do not dry out. The prices are incredible. The shipping is fast customer service is wonderful & responsive, and the inks work on my home brother machine for many years. Since I always read only one star reviews, I am putting it under one star, but they deserve at least 10 stars.I can recommend LD PRODUCTS enthusiastically and without reservation Monika Z. from Big Apple

LD Products provides excellent service. A well laid out webpage makes ordering and reordering very easy. I've been using LDP for a long time and on one occasion my delivery was damaged. One call and it was politely replaced at npc charge to me.

I have not received an ordered that I made on 16 September. I called and I was told that they would be shipped. Nothing yet. Very poor customer service.
