I have done three courses so far with Lead Academy and i really like the clarity of the process as well as the tutor. I think the price is amazing and i will be back!

Very supportive training, lovely lecturer’s and met great people along the way.

Please avoid their NVQ. They keep changing assessors every seconds. They are bunch of time wasters. They hardly respond. They will purposely frustrate you so won't have interest. It's a fraud scheme.

I really enjoyed the Phlebotomy training with Teacher Klaountia. She explains everything step by step and makes sure everyone understands. Her teaching style is very clear and she is very friendly and supportive. It was a great learning experience and I would definitely recommend this training and Teacher Klaountia to others.

I recently completed the Advanced Phlebotomy Training with Lead Academy and I had a very positive experience. The course was well-structured, informative, and very practical. The trainers were knowledgeable, supportive, and explained the procedures clearly, which made it easy to understand even the more complex aspects of phlebotomy.
I particularly appreciated the hands-on training, which helped build my confidence in performing venepuncture safely and professionally. The learning environment was friendly and encouraging, and the trainers were always willing to answer questions and provide guidance.

Phlebotomy Part 1- This experience was great, primarily due to the fact we had Klaountia Tzelo leading the session and taking us through it all. She made everyone feel at ease and used a combination of quick witted humour and sternness with us all.

The emails by the Lead Academy were informative and you could find information like passwords for the E learning or the address of the venue and the time to be there at etc. The venue in London was very close to the train station (North Acton).

Price wise, it is a rather expensive course (£170-180 for part 1, £254 for part 2) but this one offered the most affordable in comparison to other programmes.

Very informative and very happy to answer any questions. Adiquate time was given to sit with everyone and help where needed

I received excellent hands-on training with clear and detailed lectures. The trainers were strict but approachable, and they explained everything in a simple way which made the learning easy to understand. I highly recommend studying at Lead Academy. You have the opportunity to study at your convenience too.

The training was well organized, clear, and very informative. The instructor was knowledgeable, supportive, and made sure everyone felt confident with the practical skills. I especially appreciated the hands on practice and the opportunity to ask questions. Overall, it was a great learning environment.

The course (sports massage therapy 3 day course) was well structured including lots of theory and practical information - but it wasn’t rushed. The teacher Martin was amazing, constantly offering reassyrance and feedback, while also constantly helping us edit and sharpen our techniques safely. Amazing course, amazing teacher - can’t wait to start practising what I learned once insured!

The teacher was friendly and accommodated to my ADHD. The course was interesting and I learnt a lot, definitely recommend.
