This review reflects my personal experience after completing the course.
The course is advertised as a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL course, but I completed the material in under two hours. The course consisted of approximately 80 pages of reading, followed by a short 10-question multiple-choice test before downloading the certificate.
I am an experienced teacher, and in my opinion, the course would not have prepared someone to teach English as a second language. The material provided limited information on grammar rules, and I noticed several typographical errors throughout.
After posting my original review, the company contacted me and offered three additional courses if I would amend my review. I declined this offer. My original review was later flagged for “illegal or defamatory content” during the Trustpilot moderation process, but the platform determined the content was not defamatory and reinstated it.
I will keep the certificate since I paid for the course, but based on my experience, I would not personally enrol in another course from Lead Academy.

The instructor was very helpful and course was well organized.

The training was good and productive, I had a new experience which I strongly believe it will help me more in my field.

There's lots of grammatical errors which make some information unclear. Really poor for a service you have to pay for. Particularly in the quiz, which determines whether someone passes or not - one question is so grammatically incorrect that it technically asks the wrong thing. It contains a double negative and I got this question wrong as I answered the question that was actually asked, instead of what was clearly intended. Then the last question gave an option in the multiple choice that cut off mid-word so again, doesn't make sense. You should fix this.

I recently completed the IV Drip Training with Lead Academy and had a very positive experience. The course was well organised, informative, and a great opportunity to build on existing knowledge of IV infusions. A special thank you to the educator, Mario, who was excellent! I would highly recommend this training to healthcare professionals who already have some background in infusion therapy.

I attended the Deep Tissue massage course last week and was genuinely impressed with the quality of the training. The trainer, Marcin, was extremely well prepared and demonstrated all the essential strokes clearly and confidently, making it easy to follow and understand.

His coaching skills were excellent—supportive, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Throughout the day he made sure each of us felt comfortable with the techniques and equipped with the essential skills needed to practise safely and effectively. For a one‑day course, it was incredibly comprehensive and hands‑on.

I left feeling confident, well‑guided, and inspired to continue developing my skills. Highly recommended for anyone looking to learn Deep Tissue massage in a structured and professional environment.
