As a FTB, I was very impressed at how smooth the whole process was. I met Kim (Pearson) who has been amazing from day 1, she explained the house buying process to me and nothing was ever too much trouble whenever I had any queries or concerns. Ryan was great too, we kept each other updated throughout the process and it was nice to have someone there to help and made the process feel less daunting. I would recommend Leaders to any future buyers/sellers, they are simply fantastic! The service has been incredible, it really has been 5*! Thank you to everyone at Leaders.

Georgia Start and her team provided excellent communicative customer service throughout my tenant find.

Also the deposit release team were so efficient on releasing the last tenants deposit.

Despite some issues with key collection, I can honestly say that Sandeep was great and supported me throughout the whole process.

My property has just been moved to Leaders and I have been super impressed by the work of Jaspreet Gill and Owen Gough. They have been very responsive and really helpful in looking for solutions and getting work organised. It has been a great start.

Annoying company do not listen to what you tell them

have a really attentive property manager (Vikki Goodwin).
she is always accurate, If I need any work doing she happily takes care of everything, and keeps me updated at all times - I never need to chase up.
never in the three years she has been managing my properties have I felt disappointed with the level of service she has provided.

After recently moving in to a property we had an issue with our boiler and could not get it to work. I called my property manager Georgina naylor, she went above and beyond to ensure it was rectified the same day. She was extremely polite, friendly and helpful keeping me up to date with with everything

I have used Leaders for numerous years and have found them to be very approachable and pro-active in handling the property.
My case manager Vikki Goodwin has always been very easy to talk to, helpful and efficient in dealing with any issues which arise. They also provide regular updates about regulation and tax changes which could impact the landlord.

Have worked for Leaders as a contractor for many years now and have always found all the staff to be very professional they have always been loyal and helpful towards me, and would never say a bad word against them - I must give Vikki Goodwin a special mention though as she has helped me for many years and nothing has been any trouble for her especially when dealing with my Invoices a real Star

Disgraceful - Full of disgusting attitude. No-one wants to help. They are paid good money for a service, and they cant help. Do not waste your time or money. Better doing it yourself. Parents are retired and relied on Leaders helping but obviously not. Awful Derby branch.

Awful - we pay for full management and we are doing it all ourselves. No-one gets back to you. Most of the staff have attitude. A legal document was sent to the wrong person. GDPR error and no apology. Awful experience.

Currently a tenant to a lovely landlord even the landlord has had problems with leaders we lost our guarantor to which we informed leaders in person didn't seem to care only asked if we got another person who can do it the new person was gonna do what previous guarantor was gonna do took them 2 months to sort out with communication
