Don’t usually do these but I had such a hard time with other agencies in the past with them not dealing with concerns , coming over to Leaders agency in Luton was a great decision! All our concerns and queries handled professionally and smoothly by a Mr. Bilal Raqeeb, can’t thank him enough for putting our minds at ease. From viewings to moving in, now happily renting was a very smooth experience. Highly recommend.

Very fraudulent agency. Moved out of a place in December 2023 and was contacted in March 2024 to make payment of 499 pounds which the said landlord used to clean the apartment. I did the cleaning myself.

I had a great experience with Malik. He addressed all my concerns and provided excellent support throughout the property search process.

I wrote a review two years ago when I newly joined leaders however, my property manager has been changed and this new experience wasn’t great!
I do not have access to my flat meter and they did say they will provide us a monthly meter reading as the meter room is under lock.

Meanwhile, this promise has not been kept, the last meter reading I submitted/they provided to us was 22/9/2023. For almost a year, I have been billed on estimation by my supplier which indeed is ridiculously high, I had about £1000 debit on my account despite paying by direct debit, I then cleared that up and my monthly charge was set back at £149 for a family of 3. Other people of more family size with other suppliers does not pay that much. My supplier claim is because I didn’t submit a meter reading.

Did I tell my proper manager? Yes I called, send emails on several occasions and las call was 25/08/2024 which she promise it has been planed for 3/9/2024. It’s currently 22:13 and it hasn’t been given.

I do like to switch to smart meter, again this was booked but couldn’t be facilitated because they do not have access to the meter.

@leaders is this right? Am I not supposed to have access to my flat meter? In the case where it is the requirement it to be under lock, was I not met to have a monthly readings as promised?
I do not owe rent, I pay a residency membership of £42 monthly as well and I pay on 27th of each months at most.
