The PERFECT gift, every time!

I am an assistant who is often tasked with finding unusual gifts to send on my boss's behalf, cue Leaf Envy. Their plant-with-pot subscription service is a win every single time, and particularly genius for those hard to buy people in his life. Their choice of pots trumps by far what I have seen elsewhere online too. The Elizabeth is a favourite, followed by the Dalston in burnt brick - it looks so chic against the reddy tones of my black anthurium. I am soon to be moving to a new flat and I am looking forward to adding some new plants to my new space. Thanks Leaf Envy for coming to my gifting, planter and home jungle needs!

Healthy plants, great instructions

It was a lovely surprise to get a box of three plants and a stylish watering can through the post as a present. The plants are came with some instructions on where they should be positioned and how they should be looked after and are really healthy. Everything was well packed. A great alternative to flowers and good to have something that lasts.

Incredible, healthy plants with helpful tips

I have purchased multiple times from Leaf Envy - mostly sending plants as gifts to my parents (who now have a thriving jungle in their living room) but also as a personal treat. I am a renowned plant killer but the tips Leaf Envy provide are so helpful and everything is doing brilliantly.
Prices are really reasonable and the quality of plants has always been amazing. I’ll definitely purchase again - thanks team!

Great company, highly recommended

I now have three plants from Leaf Envy and all were delivered on time and very healthy. All three plants are thriving. Ordered a replacement pot for one plant which was broken on arrival but Leaf Envy were swift to issue a replacement without any hassle. A great company with good customer support, highly recommended. Am currently deciding on which plant to order next to add to my collection.

Luscious plants and wonderful customer…

Luscious plants and wonderful customer supports. I’ve added to my collection over the years with Leaf Envy - they are full of ideas, tips and take care for the plant world above and beyond. Their pots are unique and not the ‘staple’ planter you get from everywhere else. I look forward to continuing to grow my plant jungle 💛

Quality Plants and Pots 🪴

I have ordered most of my plants from Leafenvy. They are good quality, the care cards are really useful as to where to place the living plants and they arrive promptly.
I love the pots too as it’s difficult to find quality pots of a good design. Thank you 🌿

Fantastic service and beautiful plants

Fantastic service and beautiful plants. Our plant arrived safely and healthy in a timely manner. It is a beautiful addition to our living room. We have recently ordered the subscription box and are looking forward to seeing what plants we’ll get. I love the lifestyle advice too - such inspiration and help to be a great plant parent with style!

5 stars ⭐️ can’t wait to order more

I’ve ordered twice now from Leaf Envy, and I couldn’t fault either order. My plants all arrived in perfect condition, with new leaves unfurling! Pots are beautiful, too. I cannot wait to order more once my wish list come back into stock. Definitely recommend.

Plant arrived in bad shape

Plant arrived in bad shape. Complained immediately and was told to give it time and e-mail back if doesn't improve. Plant is dead and no response from customer service on the same chain after multiple attempts. Rachel was the rep who was helping out.

Upon investigating this matter, we learned that our guarantee period & six months had passed since your purchase, please know that we always send replacements when applicable, we are generous in this area!

The Calathea genus, which you purchased, can be trickier to keep alive and they prefer lower light levels and consistent misting to increase the humidity. They are more difficult to look after than other species such as the Rubber Plant, Dracaena, Peace Lily and Kentia Palm, which you shared with us, as a comparison.

Misleading website and weak customer Service

Misleading website and weak customer service - I ordered a bundle of Plants and pots from the "Plant & Pot Combos" section which specifically states: "We've paired our bestselling plants and pots for you! Simply choose a combination and get your plant and pot delivered in the post with care instructions."

When I received no pots with my plants I queried this and was told its a bundle that doesn't contain pots. This is extremely misleading and the response from customer service lack luster.

Wrong pot, damaged plant and slow replacement

Received the wrong pot and the plant was damaged, I contacted support, they responded the same day however it's been a week now and the replacement still hasn't been dispatched. I would have expected the replacement to be dispatched asap to resolve the issue.

Edit: They have sent a replacement plant which is great, however they forgot to send the water dish that goes with the pot. Hoping to get the full order eventually if they send another replacement.

Our original plant was damaged when it…

Our original plant was damaged when it arrived, and didn’t recover after a week or so. We sent leaf envy a picture of the damaged plant and they immediately sent us a replacement, which arrived the next day - so we couldn’t really have asked for more from them! The new plant is perfect and we would definitely order from them again

SCAM Alert

I paid for overnight delivery and over two weeks later the parcel remains undelivered. I have tried leaving clear instructions for delivery such as leaving in a safe place but these instructions have been ignored and the item is still "being held at the depot". 'happiness agents' are a joke, I am actually wondering if they are AI as there is much to demonstrate humanity apart from random exclamation points - I hope you are having a great day! - when clearly I am complaining. FFS. Refusing to take any responsibility for this situation, meanwhile an expensive plant is dying at DPD. I see on Facebook they are getting many reviews like this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Despite the fact that you did not respond to our customer support representative with the best contact information when we requested it, we were still able to give DPD instructions on how to deliver the parcel to your recipient, and it was delivered last Saturday. Communication is a two-way street, and while our team is not perfect, nor is any other company, we always strive to meet our customer's needs, even if they go above and beyond what we can do.

Apparently too busy to dispatch subscriptions

Bought my husband a 3 month subscription for his birthday. He placed the first order on 3rd February, the FAQs on the website clearly state that the first subscription will come 3-5 working days after your order. The latest date it should have arrived was 10th February, we emailed on the 13th chasing this order, we got a response saying it will be dispatched on the 15th. We thought must be busy with Valentine’s Day etc, happy to wait a couple more days. We emailed again on the 16th after having not received a dispatch notification, was told it would be dispatched that day and delivered on the 17th, here we are on the 17th no dispatch notification, no delivery. We have emailed again, asking why it hasn’t arrived or been dispatched, just another rubbish excuse saying “we’re busy” will be dispatched today. Here we are 730pm and still no delivery or notification of it being delivered. Wish I hadn’t bought a 3 month subscription now as my husband is still awaiting his birthday present 2 weeks after we ordered, and we will have to endure this hassle for another 2 months. Will not be using again.
