First time I have ordered from plants for all seasons and I was impressed by the experience.My stralitcia arrived on time , well packaged and in excellent condition.The whole process was quick and easy with good communication throughout.

I've ordered a few times from Plant for All Seasons and have never been disappointed. It's the first place I go to now when I'm looking for a specific plant or just to browse. My latest order was again a lovely healthy plant, exactly as described and pest free. Delivery is faster than other online sellers and I find their pricing to be very competitive when compared to other sellers. I've received large plants that cost less than a very small version on other sites. Will definitely shop here again in future and would recommend.

Bought a lovely variegated alocasia Frydek. The plant is beautiful & healthy. Delivery was fast. Good price too.

I ordered a bop for the first time from plantsforallseason because they had amazing sell on and a free plant.but I got 10% off, I emailed to make sure I got the free plant and they got straight back to me and told me I have , plus I didn't realise I got free delivery, because I've spented over £50 ,my own experience from ordering to delivery I couldn't fault plants for all seasons, my plants came well packed with no damage and my free plant was a 4"pot varicated Faydek which is rare usually a free plant is 1"pot plug plant

I fell in love as soon i saw the plants. I ordered 8 varieties and they all were fresh and beautiful.

That was very nice and kind of them coming back very quick and they’re answering very quickly as well and they explained very well. Everything and they sent it on time and the quality was very good thank you very much. I will definitely buy it again and again from them thank you.

Terrible company that advertises express delivery! Paid £6.99 last week and my order is nowhere to be seen. Will never order from them before - I dont wven know what the state of the plant will be when it finnalt arrives. I will be going back to the best plant shop online which is grow tropicals!

Received my plant yesterday. The box was badly damaged, and the plant had been upended and was just a mess at the bottom of the box. That's the delivery company, I know (DPD), but there was no plastic around the pot so it didn't have any soil left in the pot.

It quickly got worse though as I went to repot (I repot all my plants in my own mix) and discovered extensive root rot.

I emailed and they offered me a 20% refund, which I accepted - grudgingly mind, because I'm not sure I can save the plant.

I shouldn't have, because as I went to inspect it today for pests and give the leaves a clean, I found rust fungus.

The plant is now in the bin. It wasn't a cheap plant and I'm very unhappy.

Never again.

I love the plant I got. When I need things, they are very quick. Just bought another 3 and cannot wait to have them

Very poor experience with this company. They CLEARLY advertise express delivery in 1-3 days. Yet despite ordering last Friday (now the following Thursday) I have had no note of dispatch yet, despite emailing customer services several times. Responses from customer services havent even answered the questions I have asked, and have been extremely unhelpful. Not impressed at all and that's without even getting to see the plants. Would never order from here again.
Note for the company (if you read these): your recent reviews seem to have gone quite dramatically downhill. If you're experiencing operational problems, customers are generally much more understanding when you communicate clearly about what's happening and what they can expect. For me, this whole experience has ultimately come down to a breakdown in communication. I'd strongly suggest reviewing your customer service processes and training so that customers can get clear, direct answers about what's happening with their orders, rather than being left even more frustrated after contacting you.

This is now my second order with plants for all seasons. The quality of the plants are always exceptional, the packaging is always in good condition, the plants arrive secure and healthy and they are always value for money.

Unfortunately, my first order with Plants For All Seasons has been extremely disappointing.

I paid £6.99 for express delivery advertised as 1–3 working days, but my order was significantly delayed. When I questioned this, I was told there was a £5.99 standard delivery option available at checkout. However, when I checked the checkout myself, the only delivery option displayed was £6.99 express delivery. I sent them a screenshot showing this after repeatedly asking them to show me where the £5.99 option was available.

When my order eventually arrived, the experience got even worse.

Several plants had been crammed together into one small box, which arrived damaged. The plants had very little protection between them and my Money Tree arrived damaged. For a company specialising in delivering live plants, I expected considerably more care to be taken with the packaging.

To make matters worse, my Monstera White Monster was completely missing from the order, despite being one of the most expensive plants I purchased.

I contacted customer service immediately with photographs regarding the missing plant, damaged Money Tree and poor packaging, and my complaint has been ignored with no response.

I understand that stock shortages and occasional delivery delays happen. What I find unacceptable is the combination of the delay, being charged for an express service that wasn’t provided within the advertised timeframe, being given information about delivery options that did not match what I could actually see at checkout, poor packaging, a damaged plant, a missing plant and then having my concerns ignored.

As a first-time customer, the whole experience has been incredibly disappointing. Based on the quality of the delivery and the customer service I’ve received when trying to resolve these problems, I would not order from this company again.

I've ordered plants from plants for all seasons a few times and my experience is mixed. When they allow you to choose your own plant, which isn't often, my experience has been good. However, whenever I've ordered a plant as standard it's always been of poor quality or has little to no verigation. I just spent £40 on a monstera aurea with little to no verigation. It's fairly large and has all but one slightly verigated leaf (6 leafs in total). I've basically spent £40 on a standard non-verigated monstera deliciosa. Not worth the money at all and very unlikely to maintain or develop and reasonable verigation. If you can't pick your own, AVOID!

Ordered on a Sunday with express delivery as the flowers were needed by Thursday without failure. Emailed them on Monday to confirm the flowers would definitely be here within 3 days, as paid for, and was assured they would be here. Didn’t receive them by the Wednesday so emailed again and was assured they would be with me by the next day and I said they’ve not even been dispatched so I’d like to cancel. No reply received. Then received an emailed advising they had been dispatched and would arrive within 1 - 3 days. I needed them for a wedding on the Friday and they were told this on the Monday but obviously they knew the plants would not be here yet still allowed them to be dispatched obviously hoping I’d accept them. Eventually they were delivered late Thursday but I had already made other arrangements so emailed telling them to collect them. They were collected on the Monday and it has taken them 2 weeks to refund me and only did so after me threatening to raise a card dispute with my bank and also that I intended to report them to trading standards. I am also quite sure that in the 2 boxes I did eventually receive, one of which was damaged and half open, there was not the 10 orchids and the free plant they sent inside as the boxes didn’t appear large enough! I would not recommend this company and would suggest people order elsewhere.

Another amazing order from this small business. Beautiful quality plants. Quick delivery and fantastic customer service. Really couldn’t recommend enough!

Brilliant ordered a few plants Monday evening and got a free one with my order! plants were well packaged and in beautiful condition plus DPD handled them with care to arrive safely great stuff!
