While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Denied my claim due to their technical errors

On November 30 2025 I attempted to submit an expense for my LSA, as it was the last day. However, the login page would not work. After multiple failed attempts I gave up for the day. The next morning at 7am I was finally able to login, submit my claim and noted that it was from the day before and that I was unable to login, therefore I am submitting my claim now.

I received a notification the following day telling me that my claim had been denied as the enrollment period for 2025 had ended and there was nothing they could do about it. I attempted to escalate the situation but was told the same thing. Now I have lost a few hundred dollars from my LSA as it is automatically forfeited plus the purchase that I made. Needless to say, this is left a bad taste in my mouth and they didn't care what the reason was or if it was their fault or not. That's pretty brutal!

Not worth it

Not worth it . Big junk for nothing, not customer support, and they don't reply on your chat, phone, and it's been more than one month that i have an open case via email but no response after telling me i will have a response in less than 48h. Worst experience ever.
