Excellent service. Friendly, quick and efficient

I had a bit of difficulty scheduling an appointment since my call was lost a couple of times, but overall the experience was very good. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and very cooperative. I was able to schedule an appointment as a follow up to a leak that my LeakBot system reported in a very timely fashion. The technician, Mark, who came was very knowledgeable and helpful. The problem was solved and I feel much better about the condition of my home.

Leakbot stopped functioning. Been waiting for technical team to come back. It's been 3 days now. Seems no one knows what's happening.

Excellent service. Exceptional quality work

My bot had been telling me that I had a leak that I was able to solve. I feared a hidden leak behind a wall. Leakbot sent an engineer, Tristan, spend over 2 hours before tracing the leak to a damaged expansion vessel which now needs to be replaced.

Marvin was wonderful to work with, being very professional and kind. We still do not know results of Leakbot, because app doesn't seem to be working properly.

Engineer arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. He checked everything culminating in finding a small leak which was fixed. He also explained a couple of other thigs which were most helpful.

Good concept and it has been helpful to me two times in identifying leaks and fixing them. Trevor has been excellent with the work and with communicating with me to explain everything and to offer good advice about things I can do in the future.

Came in from shoveling snow and about 1 hour later received a leak alert. I went down my basement and heard water running and traced it to an outside spigot that I had accidently turned on while shoveling. Who knows how long that would have run if I didn't get the alert. LeakBot ROCKS!!!!

The two men who came to my house were extremely nice. But it took me months to get an appointment. The two men that came spend a long time and thought the problem might be a dripping faucet upstairs or dripping faucet in a tub downstairs. 2 days later I had a major leak in my basement not associated with either faucets. It seems to me they should have detected that and prevented that problem from happening. When I found the water I called the plumber immediately. But I called leakbot as well and basically they told me to call a plumber. So I feel they did not get somebody to my house soon enough when the detected a small leak and then didn't even detect the big leak before it was damaged. Now I'm going through a large house insurance claim and a lot of construction to repair everything. So I feel like it was a big fail. Now you are asking me for more information on my review to make sure it's a legitimate review. I don't know what more information that this company wants from me

I have a Leak Bot which works excellently. It gave a leak notice. The company offered and came out to check for leaks for free! Daniel did a whole-house leak test. No leak found but he provided a solution to my loose faucet handle - a lock out, as the loose handle could give a false leak notice. Told me how to easily fix it myself. I am highly pleased with the device and company.

Fantastic service and my tech was super personable, kept me 100% informed and offered great insight to the rest of my plumbing.

Grady was excellent. He was running a little early so he text to make sure it was okay to arrive early. He was very professional, and friendly. He explained what he was doing and testing for, and how the Leakbot worked. Great experience!

Carl is a courteous young man and nice to talk with. He is also knowledgeable and found our leaks in short order, then went to a local store to purchase the parts and install them on the spot. We were impressed and happy to have our issue taken care of so efficiently.
