Excellent

Friendly and polite in spite of difficult journey to me (6h due to incident on M6). Knowledgeable and keen to give useful information. Sorted the problem out efficiently and told me what to look out for in case of further issues.

Absolute pile of rubbish

Absolute pile of rubbish. Constantly showing leakage but also no water usage. Causing more concern and frustration than being useful. Will be removing and discarding as soon as we get home

Great tech visit

The tech that came out and spent enough time to get a comprehensive understanding of what was happening, then fixed the problem (toilet leak) without any hassle. Very friendly.

Dreadful customer service - avoid.

My leakbot has not worked since September. All emails to customer services have been ignored. My insurance company is paying for a device that doesn't work and there's no way to get it fixed. Please avoid this company if you can.

Arrived on time, advised when he was on his way. Connected the equipment and found where there were leaks then repaired them quickly. Put everything back it how it was when he arrived.

The Technician was very friendly and…

The Technician was very friendly and provided direct and reliable advice regarding my water system.Not only was he able to locate the source of my water leak he also anticipated future potential leaks including an outdoor pipe which he fixed.

As a customer I highly commend the technician based on his previous work experience and knowledge as a plumber which was reassuring.

Good service and experience.

I had a bit of difficulty scheduling an appointment since my call was lost a couple of times, but overall the experience was very good. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and very cooperative. I was able to schedule an appointment as a follow up to a leak that my LeakBot system reported in a very timely fashion. The technician, Mark, who came was very knowledgeable and helpful. The problem was solved and I feel much better about the condition of my home.
