Fraud. No Account Access.
I have never had access to my account. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service being told my issue has been escalated. I’ve sent my full SSN and email repeatedly. Whatever financial hardship you are in avoid this company at all costs.

FRAUD! If I could give negative stars I would!!!
If I could give negative stars I would! I had never heard of the company until I got a middle of the night fraud alert from LifeLock about someone trying to take out a loan in my name. I reached out to the bank, they credit bureaus and put fraud alerts. 2 days later $700 was deposited into my account. I immediately contacted Leap again multiple times wanting information about how the loan was signed, what info was used etc and was given no info at all. I was told I could simply repay the loan with interest and there would be no penalties. That is when I had my bank dispute the deposit, and then had to finally close the account bc they continued to try and debit $2500 in 19 different transactions randomly. They’re not registered with state agencies as a lender and my belief is that they are in fact hackers using this lending scheme as a cover for outright theft! Hope they are prosecuted! And to Patrick Norris, the registered agent, if you’re a real person, you should be help culpable for allowing your company to defraud so many people, especially during these most difficult times!

I am awfully upset over your way of business, I did not realize i was taking a loan out when i did you had the wrong banking account i tried to give back the money but the account would not link up once i got to a member we discovered this problem i was told only 1000 would be collected i made a 631 dollar payment so it is with great confusion tried to make another payment but could not i was getting awfully upset i used my debit card you took a thousand i was told because the error was not mine i would be charged only 1000, and my 631 should have been a refund.

Calls all damn day and the countless emails are so freaking annoying didn't except there terms and looks like this it what I get find a different company to do business with that has far lower interest rates and won't send tons of emails and calling for something you do not have will be getting in touch with the BBB to report this company
