Great company to deal with. course was set out to save people time and let them do the course at their leisure in their spare time rather than take time off work to sit in a classroom! From the help to communication with dev I honestly can’t fault it. It’s also cheaper than doing the full day course anywhere, which is a big plus also. Thanks again guys A+++ from me!

Can't complain, the process was quick there are bits and pieces to keep your eye out as other reviews have outlined but if you follow instructions well should be easy to pass.

Hi I have used learning plus. It was a good experience and the staff are very friendly and eager to help you should you have any issues so overall a good experience thanks guys and Dev was fantastic to deal with. What a lovely guy.

DEV EXTREMELY HELPFUL

Easy and quick. I would highly recommend Learning Plus for the online training and examinations.

dev was very helpful in making sure all problems i had with the test were sorted out and ensured i was able to take my test.

The Learning Plus team were great, Dev was extremely prompt with responses.

One concern is that some of the questions asked in the exam are not part of the course work or research, but other than that all thumbs up.

Communication and help available immediately.
Sent clear instructions and got results back late afternoon.

I recently completed Learning Plus's e-learning Level 1 health and safety course for construction environments, and it was truly a game-changer for me. The online platform not only simplified complex safety concepts but also accommodated my busy schedule with its flexible learning options. As I worked through the interactive modules, I gained invaluable insights into crucial safety protocols and developed a comprehensive understanding of construction safety. It was definitely worth the investment, and I had a great experience overall.

I recently worked on the online course and took the L1 Health and Safety in a Construction Environment 2024 with Learning Plus. The course was made easy to follow online, and the communication, help, and support provided by Dev, from Learning Plus, has been very prompt, very helpful, and responsive in responding to any queries and setting me up with the online course/exam. I would highly recommend Learning Plus for the online training and examinations.

The problem here is that the lerning and the exam are delivered by 2 different companies. Learning plus provides the training and they try to make it as simple to go through as possible to be more attractive to the students and sell more, thus not covering all possible answers from the exam. The videos are ok with quizes after each chapter. However, the system won't let you repeat the section if you failed the test( although it sais it would) and you can't see what you did wrong in them , so no chance of learning from there. But the biggest problem is with the exam: as they admit in the email they send you, they fail a lot of students due technicalities and differences betqeen they and the exam provider. If you follow by heart the exam instructions YOU WILL FAIL because the exam instructions does not tell you to scan the room with your camera, and due to the stress of the exam, you will forget what learningplus told you a week before. Theu know there is a problem with their rules but they don't whant to change anything because this is money making issue. I am very disappointed with them and definitely not taking any course with them.
