Just finished my level 3 qualification and I just want to thank my tutor Faaiza, who really supported me and helped me through. Wouldn’t have been able to complete it, if it wasn’t for her. Overall my learn plus experience was really good and I highly recommend people doing courses with them.

I have used learn plus us for 3 years now I completed my level 2 with Julie and my level 3 with raj and I cannot thank them both enough for all the time and support they have put into me in order to finish my courses. The company take their time to support and create individual learn plans for their learners and I have had such a good experience with my tutor raj! She has been so accommodating and supportive throughout the whole process

Just finished 4 week course with Fleur, what a lovely lady! Courses can be sometime boring but she made them so enjoyable, helpful, encouraging and light hearted. Hope to see her again if we have anymore courses.

I’ve recently passed my course with Learn Plus Us and the staff were amazing. I have OCD, which quickly got noticed by my tutor Ellen, and I was offered extra learning support by Kerri Moss. Kerri is simply amazing and helped me throughout the whole course. She gave me advice and strategies on how to handle stressful situations and how to build my confidence. Kerri was very friendly, supportive and was available any time I needed. Ellen was very calming, patient and explained each unit clearly.

Both Kerri and Ellen were great and I would be very happy to have their support in any future courses I may do.

I tend to over complicate things and stress myself out needlessly, Katie has taken time, patience and understanding, not only to aid me with my course but to learn the best ways to help and guide me so that I can achieve my full potential.

She was very friendly and nice spoken and she made me more confident in my self she is very very good lady .

I worked with several members of staff within Learn plus us. They all were very flexible regarding teaching sessions as I worked permanent night shift. They were all friendly and supportive and give me the confidence to progress in both English and Math's. As a older person it was 40 plus years that I had left School and really struggled especially with the Math's. For me math's Just didn't add up yes pun intended. I was diagnosed with dyscalculia and really struggled to understand how to work out math problems and fractions. However with numerous sessions by various Tutors, who patiently guided me and supported me. I was able to slowly progress to the point where I have amazingly been able to pass my math exams. I would of never been able to pass these tests without their support and If I can pass the test there is hope for everybody. Hence the Title teaching the unteachable.

The lady we had was very friendly, approachable and made me feel more confident in myself when going to interviews. I now feel like I know what to bring to an interview and what to expect from them.

Fleur was great from todays’s confidence that I attended. It was a very collaborative session. I found it so helpful and I feel like it tied in nicely with the other stuff I’m working on with my personal and professional development

it was very good it helped on how to do a cover letter,showed what to say about yourself and how to address why you think why you are good for the role etc..

Attended an online course on Interview Skills & Practice presented by June Morrice from their Bedford office.
I found June to be very approachable and knowledgeable on the topic and managed to break down the whole interview process into manageable sections to focus on. The interview process can be very stressful but I'll definitely be better prepared now thanks to June's guidance.

Fleur Banister was brilliant and made me feel very at ease during my first introduction session after having a negative experience with the job centre but I got the impression that she genuinely cares. Highly recommend this company and Fleur. Made me very comfortable :)
