Placed an order for a Defender 9th September 25! Yes JLR had issues! But the due date was Jan 31st 26, keep getting ghosted! They have not provided proof of order placed with JLR? They do not provide any updates unless I keep asking! It seems its ok for them to continually chase you hourly / daily to get your business but once order placed no updates are provided! Wish id read the reviews first! Noob error!

Unfortunatelty had to cancel order due to no build date or forthcoming dates (had to pay to exit the contract though!) DYOR!

Good news went with another contractor and have a delivery date for 24-03-26!

Laura is always positive and extremely helpful giving me car options tailored to my needs and budget. I managed to choose a car with comparative ease this year.
