Incredible customer service from Atul. Although I decided not to proceed with the lease this was not due to the company, it was due to a change in personal circumstances. Their deals have been the best by far when comparing with other leases. The responsiveness of messaging and keeping in touch re deals has been truly excellent and if my circumstances change I will 100% be going back to lease a car from them. Thank you Atul!

Thoroughly recommend, faultless experience.
I dealt with Harj throughout my experience with Lease Car Direct and I couldn’t fault him. Price was superb, communication always immediate (despite me asking a million questions), and the car is everything I hoped for and more.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harj and LCD to anyone looking for a car.

Fantastic service l
Fantastic service from Atul & Harj. Ordered a new Audi in July, through an Instagram advert. Delivery was delayed (due to manufacturer delays) but communication up until delivery was brilliant.

Excellent service
Ordered an Audi A7 through Lease Car Direct. The team were really helpful and explained the process to me as I had not taken out a lease previously. Everything was easy and simple to follow and I was kept upto date on the delivery process throughout by Harj and Atul. Easy to get into contact with and replied to me pretty much instantly. Can't fault these guys and would definitely recommend.

Great Service
Took out a hire contract for Audi A7 with Lease Car Direct. Got an excellent deal. Was a long wait for car to arrive, but this was outwith the company’s control due to Covid and manufacture issues. Atul was excellent throughout, keeping me updated when required even out with normal office hours. Really honest and reliable, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
