This was my first time arranging a lease, so I did my homework. The biggest lesson? Make sure you're choosing the right service for your situation, not just the cheapest option. Casey and the team did a solid job getting everything I needed done. There was some last-minute document shuffling, but overall I was happy with the experience. From my research, they actually deliver on what they promise, and that's not something you can say about everyone.

A Great First Experience with a Novated Lease
This was my first experience with a novated lease, and I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Zack Adam was fantastic throughout the entire process, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. He made what could have been a complex experience feel straightforward and stress-free. Great Service and Support
Alex at LeaseLab was very helpful in comparing quotes, reviewing the price in detail and helping in all stages from the beginning when i was looking for a lender for Novated lease.
The follow ups are excellent and very productive, highly knowledgeable and takes their time to ensure the questions are answered well.

Brad was super helpful and efficient when dealing with someone who really didn't know much about novated leases. He was also prompt in replies which was quite different from your competitors. This resulted in a smooth process that led to the delivery of the vehicle in the first week of July.

Generally a good experience
Generally a good experience. The only thing is that I found myself in an unusual and unexpected circumstance which caused some confusion at one point. It would have been less frustrating at the time if people read my emails and/or talked with me over the phone. In the end both occurred and then things were sorted out very quickly.
