I cannot recommend Lease Law and specifically Elizabeth enough. Elizabeth was diligent, responsive and so just lovely - answering all of my questions (there were a lot), whilst navigating me through the process of my first flat purchase. LeaseLaw were very professional, personable and supportive throughout the whole process of extending my lease along with my fellow neighbours. It was quite a long process, but throughout the time they were always there to help and support me with any concerns or questions I had throughout the process. They were very patient and get that people don't fully understand the finer details of extending a lease and that comes with loads of questions.

Elizabeth from Lease Law really took the time to explain the whole process to me and make sure that I understood and was comfortable with what was happening. If there was anything I needed to do, they made it very clear, which helped alleviate any concerns that I would do it wrong.
If I had any questions they would get back to me very quickly.
They were able to get me a 999-year extension when I thought I would only be able to get a 99-year one.
I shopped around beforehand, and their fees are very reasonable compared to others.

Having spoken to a few legal teams on the subject of extending my lease I engaged Lease Law to negotiate with my extremely difficult and unhelpful Landlords which they did with great professionalism against fairly aggressive opposition.
