If you are dealing with anything to do with a property lease then you must use this company. I had been trying to extend my lease for about 6 years with no joy and plenty of wasted time with other property solicitors. It has become clear to me that lease law is a specialist area and therefore should be done by experts in the field which the team at Lease Law Ltd clearly are. We used Lease Law to to extend the lease on my Mum’s flat and we would not hesitate in recommending them. The staff were very pleasant, any queries were dealt with promptly and the whole process went smoothly.

We were recommended to Joanna and the team at Lease law after many years of trying to obtain the freehold but to no avail. After swatting to the Team we were able to obtain the Freehold and extend our leases on what was a very tricky Freehold to obtain as we also had an absentee Freeholder.
