I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The lease started off great however I have had nothing but problems with the car. The latest been needing a new engine on an 18 month old car. Least have been unhelpful not replied to emails rude staff on the phone.
Please read the bad reviews and believe them. I cannot wait till this contract is up.

After my car went back in excellent condition i got an email from them asking me for £207 for damage to wheels.I contacted them about this and was told the wheels has a small amount of corrosion on them which i have no control of, but they still wanted me to pay this amount which i have refused.Aviod this company as they are just out to make money from you.

Appears to be an ongoing issue with Finance department. This is now the 3rd time that problems have arisen with direct debit. Any communications with the Company is a lengthy process as correspondence takes a considerable timescale on replies or acknowledgement. Have not had a great experience with the company, having used Lease for years now this has got to be my worst experience with the Finance side.

I was initially held back by the idea of leasing a car due to the stories I had heard, especially since this was my first time leasing. However, leasing a car was made incredibly easy by Leasys and their team. The support they provided throughout my leasing period was truly astounding, and every member I interacted with was helpful and supportive.
This is the only service I have received in the UK without any issues. They never troubled me with anything, and every concern I raised was resolved in the very first call or email. I can confidently say they went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional.
At the end of my lease, during the final inspection, there were a few issues that I discussed with a team member named Arun. He resolved everything, and I didn’t have to pay a penny extra when handing over the car.
I would highly recommend Leasys to anyone who wants a smooth, hassle-free experience. Brilliant work, team!

Been trying for days to make a payment through their dedicated payment line. Total minutes spent waiting over 3 days totals 267 over 5 calls. Given up with them. If its this hard to pay them what are they like for other stuff. Give this company a miss, is my advise.

Recently completed a 2 year lease on a high end new Mercedes with maintenance included. Great car. Great deal. Great service. No complaints.
Maintenance was always booked at main dealer and was always seamless. Tyre replacement was done promptly and fairly. Leasys service team were always friendly and helpful on the phone.
Having heard horror stories about return charges i was honestly quite scared, but the inspection (not done by Leasys but by a third party company Manheim) was fair.
Would recommend.

After breaking down I was told my Peugeot that I would have to wait 2 months before my car could be booked into the garage for repair and that I would only be eligible for a courtesy car once it has been booked in and diagnostic had been done. With my wife being 8 months pregnant my appeal for them to consider my circumstances fell on deaf ears and I received no support or feedback from them whatsoever.
Enter Arun Unes from Leasys. He heard my difficult circumstances and sprang into action, going WAY beyond his call of duty to not only book my car in asap but also get me a courtesy car within days of mine being booked into the garage. At a time when this country’s customer service has taken a nose-dive, Arun is a beacon of light, he listened and cared and did everything in his power to help. He went out of his way to fight for what was rightfully owed to me and for that I am infinitely thankful to him. He truly is a role model for customer service agents. Thank you Arun.

My recent experience has been disappointing. My car broke down and is currently non-operational. Roadside assistance confirmed it needs repair, but the earliest available appointment is 20 January 2026, leaving me without a vehicle for nearly two months.
I contacted the Peugeot and but no one has reached out to assist further. Additionally, I have not received any help in arranging a courtesy car, which has caused significant inconvenience.

The car I received is beautiful and the lease cost is exceptional. The car was unfortunately delivered with some damages. My broker has raised this with leasys, and 4 days on there is no sign of a plan to fix the issues. A shame, as otherwise the experience has been excellent.
