First time buyer from the leather company. Super fast service. Ordered Wednesday delivered Thursday. Beautiful jacket fit,length perfect. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Bought a pair of leather gloves for a Christmas present. When my partner tried them on, one immediately split along a seam. On contacting the company, a replacement pair was sent out straight away, no quibbles. The gloves are lovely, with a luxuriously soft quality. Thank you for being proper old skool!

I ordered the gilet at the last minute and wanted to receive it next day as I was going away. A very friendly member of the Leather Company team said that they would get it in the post with UPS that day and that it might be delivered the next day.

It did arrive the next day and looks like a quality item, so full marks to The Leather Company!

Excellent friendly customer service at the Solihull store, and a very nice jacket. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable without any hard sell.

The jacket arrived as described. Was originally worried about the color as it’s supposed to be distressed/ vintage looking leather jacket. The color was a proper match. The only problem is that it stank up to high heavens. Airing it now will update after a cpl of weeks if it gets any better. Still a nice jacket and would recommend the company and would personally use again if the smell gets better. Tho other stores on eBay for example have similar jackets for half the price, from personal experience they’re very rarely as distressed as the pictures would suggest. Accurate description and the size matches the size guide on the website.

UPDATE: the smell almost fully gone within two weeks, and with the help of a leather balm it’s completely gone.

I bought a leather jacket from here 18 months ago and the zipper broke. Leathercompany.co.uk fixed it for me free of charge and couriered it back without any quibble even though the jacket was 18 months old.

Would be happy to buy from here again as well as recommend them for their excellent service.

The level of customer service I received from the Leather Company went above and beyond my expectations.

I ordered online the Full Length Sheepskin Coat, which turned out to be too large and I wanted to exchange it for a size smaller and also decided to exchange it for a different colour.

I rang the customer service phone number (which is very rare these days, to find a company that actually provides a telephone number for its customers!) to discuss returns, p&p etc and the gentleman I spoke to was polite, friendly and professional and reassured me that everything would be sorted when the parcel was returned. And true to his word, it was - I took the parcel, to be exchanged, to the post office on the Friday, specifying that I would like it to be returned to the Leather Company arriving on either the following Monday or Tuesday.

On the Monday, I received an email from UPS, notifying me that a parcel from the Leather Company, would be arriving on the Tuesday, which it did.

Speed and efficiency - this is customer service at its best.

The coat is stunningly beautiful, I am so thrilled with it and will be so proud to wear it. With good care, I am sure it will last me a lifetime. The quality is second to none and I will be sure to buy from this company again.

Brought a leather jacket today, the person who served me was very knowledgeable and friendly, gave good advice and an honest opinion. There was no pressure to buy or rush when assisting me. The jacket itself is of high quality and really pleased with my purchase.I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately Trustpilot doesn't give the option of giving The Leather company minus 1000 stars,or else that is what I would have given,this appalling company.
A foreign chap,said that he was going to send me a box,with a returns label inside,for me to return my faulty leather jacket, but when I called to speak to him 3 days later,to find out when I could expect to receive the box,he said that he had changed his mind because "The leather Company only,normally send out boxes to customers for them to bury their mothers in", which he found very funny!!
Do yourselves a big favour, by avoiding this dreadful company, with terrible customer service.
It was quite a scary experience!! I have now got a leather jacket,that I cannot wear because the buttons have become detached from the jacket after only 2 weeks!!!!

Poor service. Do not use. They don’t refund your money and ignore your complaints.
It’s very obvious that the good reviews are fake from the company themselves.

I ordered the royal blue toscana shearling coat calanthe which I received today after ordering over the weekend. It was dispatched on Monday and arrived on Tuesday. I am absolutely delighted with my coat, love the colour and above all, perfect fit. I wasn't sure what size to order, but would recommend not to order size up as this is a slim fit coat. Whatever is the chest measurement, best to order within the measurement range given in size guide, when buying the coat. Overall, fantastic quality coat and highly recommended company.

Absolutely THRILLED with my long length tan toscana suede leather coat. I have coveted one for ages and was beginning to give up hope of finding one that I didn't need to take out a mortgage to buy!!! The Leather Company really came up trumps. The quality of my coat is fantastic ... heavy, warm and extremely snuggly ... and ... having also tried on a brown shorter version which I really liked too ... I might be forced to pay another long trip up there again when I have restocked my piggy bank! 5* service from Shay and the other extremely helpful and polite staff. PS: having read several rather brusque and low rated reviews on here about The Leather Company, I can only reiterate what a fantastic, professional team I encountered, both on the phone and in person ... DON'T BE PUT OFF ... take the comments onboard like me, but form your own opinion ... I'm so glad I did!
