Just received my jacket Im verry pleased with the service that i got. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to buy leather products in the future.

Very poor customer service. I emailed several times without response. I final got an email asking me to ring them instead of answering my query. I returned some poor quality slippers bought as a christmas present then was told they had to be returned within 14days so no refund just a credit. Ordered gloves to use the credit but they are very poor quality sheepskin and very thin

Ordered the black fur poncho and oh am I soooo glad that I did! I absolutely love it!!! Quality! Luxury! I'm so glad I bought it.

Ordered jacket for my partner's Christmas present. Rang before ordering, got through straight away, questions answered. Speedy delivery, stylish jacket, great quality and perfect fit following their size guide.

I ordered a pair of beautiful dark brown leather gloves from "Leather Company" on the 18th of December last and, they arrived the next day! They are a perfect fit.
I have recemended this company to my family and friends and shall be buying from from them again.

Jacket I received was alright but the customer service was non existent as I ordered a size to large so returned for a smaller size paying over £8 return fee. I marked the ticket up for a smaller size but then changed my mind. So emailed them and phoned them To ask for a refund. They didn’t answer phone so left several message’s. And they didn’t responded at all and sent the jacket back out to me!. I’ve tried to call them serval times but they do not answer’. Be warned! Customer service is awful!!.

The company is not happy with my reviews and wishes me to explain why I gave them bad reviews, them not admitting any wrong doing!.They say they were closed a few days over the Christmas period, fine but the jacket was sent in received and sent back out with in this period!. Yet nobody bothered to listened to my calls or read my emails about my issue. They got funny with me on the phone saying it’s was not their fault and to basically take my honest review down. They offered no apology. Not a great customer service experience again!.

Beautiful sheepskin slippers for price! Have ordered many over the years but these are by far the best quality, would definitely order again! Super fast delivery, would highly recommend 👌

An excellent company to deal with. I rang to make sure of the size I needed for a sheepskin hat, the man was very helpful. It arrived extremely quickly and fitted perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Easy website to navigate. Lots of choices available. Service/delivery prompt. The quality of the leather is superb and the craftmanship of the goods excellent. To date I've purchased a bag and a leather jacket as gifts for my daughter. These look beautiful and she loves them. I'm happy in the knowledge she'll have many years of service from these high quality goods.

Cannot fault the leather company they got my handbag to UPS within a day it took UPS 7 days to deliver sending me an email every day to say it would be delivered later that day. In the end I rang the leather company who gave me UPS’s telephone number and after speaking to the UPS depot who where full of apologises they told the driver to deliver that day which they did. The bag is beautiful and although it wasn’t the leather companies fault they did give me a discount for all the problems caused by UPS.

Leather Co is awesome,I ordered tan leather gloves are so soft n real leather. I will be ordering two more sets as gifts for Xmas/22 abs beautiful and very reasonable prices!... I exchanged my first order for a diff size abs awesome cust service can't ask for more always happy to oblige speedy service too, 100% cust for life. Thank you all.

I am not a fan of shopping online but there are so few shops that have a good selection of leather jackets.
I put in the order late on Friday night and it arrived on Tuesday morning by UPS.
Pleased with the quality and would buy again from this company.

Having read "sizing" issues on the sheepskin coat I wanted to purchase (Olivia) I called to ask for assistance, the advice was spot on, they certainly do know their stock very well.

The coat it's self is just wonderful, very luxurious and the best price by far.

Sizing is not correct, size 16 is more like a small 14, so disappointed. Ordered from Ireland and was told customs and vat would be around €30… it was €86.95!!!! They have since offered me a part refund of £16.25 :( total waste of money for me.

I ordered a handbag on line but followed up with a phone call to see if delivery dates were realistic as I needed it quickly.
The lady was friendly and helpful, saying 2-3 days was the worse case and usually they arrive next day. I'd called 10 minutes before they closed so hoped for 2 days.
The bag arrived at 10am the following morning!
How lovely that someone can still go above and beyond, an actual person at the end of a phone and zero aggro.
The handbag was excellent also 👌🏻 🙂

Ordered a navy leather biker jacket. Arrived very quickly in 2 days. Beautiful quality leather. Absolutely love it. After reading other reviews I ordered a size larger than I normally wear. Glad I did. Fits perfectly. Highly recommend
