Horrible company and thieves ! They force you to take an automatic renewal, telling you you can cancel it anytime. NOT TRUE. I told them in advance that I wouldn't want that, and to make sure they take my money from my American credit card, there was no information on my space in their website to change it, or even to view what I did, my payments, nothing ! My records were blank, so I couldn't change anything, and especially not the automatic renewal. when you pay, THEY DON'T EVEN GIVE YOU A RECEIPT. PLUS INTERNET NEVER WORKED. They said FREE INTERNATIONAL with the plan 9.99, but they won't let you call. With this plan they say: UNLIMITTED INTERNET. I NEVER COULD HAVE A CONNECTION. Last month they took my money automatically from my bank account despite my letters to them to stop renewing, and this from the first moment I took the plan. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY !

Hello, at the beginning was very difficult with the gentleman I was speaking with and his response was not correct and a bit rude. I ask for a supervisor to speak to. Her name was Ghita. Very intelligent woman with outstanding customer cutesy skills. She help resolve the problem and was open to hear me out. I like to suggest that your company have her set a training class to train other operators to handle calls in the same manner that she did, It would be a great advantage. I worked for sprint in the U.S.A as a assistant manager, and had a train class every 3 month to refresh staff on how to respond to call respectfully. I like to state that although I was on the brink of changing provider. The conversation and service I received from Ghita, made me stay with lebara. I am happy to say that Ghita is a awesome supervisor and address the matter with great skills of listening to my question and resolving the issue quickly. I would also like to suggest that lebara open a office in the south of France (Nice or Cannes area). The lack of Good phone service is need here. And I feel it will increase clients, without a doubt.

Lebara France (and only in France, not in Spain and other countries) is excellent in respecting the clients and valuing each one of them. I have realized it first when the company did not give up communications and support when changing the network provider as well as later everytime I needed their support. There are technical bugs such as a need to use a new email address if your original email address is used with another Lebara number before but the client support is doing its best to sincerely help without naughtiness, without giving wrong info, without misleading you, and without disrespecting you as sometimes noticed with other companies including other Lebaras in other countries. The processes are smooth, easy and effective in Le Ara France. Many thanks! Great work! Please continue as you are and I hope other companies as well as Lebara in other countries really learn from you how to respect and respond to customers.
