Le Closet is a great way to try different clothes and brands. The customer service has always been great. My only complaint is that they have different prices on their website vs. reality. I've brought it up two times and it still says the price is 69 euros and then I am charged 79 euros. They said it is because I am outside of France, but I am not sure if this is true because the website does not specify this.

Awfully dishonest company! Continued to charge my card FOR TWO MONTHS after I have cancelled the service. And would have continued to charge it, had I not blocked them through my credit card company.
4 emails to support went ignored.
Pretty good clothing selection, I would love to have some more younger gen options, otherwise good!
The support team is also amazing! Just the quality of some clothing I received was not the best (tears, holes,…).

The quality of clothes and variety of options has been great! It has also allowed me to try styles I would maybe be hesitant to buy.
I'm currently using their maternity range and it means I can make different outfits each month as my bump grows which is fab.

I am always looking for ways to avoid fast fashion and be more sustainable in how I purchase clothes. I came across Closet via an Insta sponsored post - and it changed my wardrobe significantly. My sister and my best friend also embarked on the journey, and we all love it and are looking forward to the exchange day! I plan my 6-7 monthly items based on the appointments/travel, and I get a bit of French chic every month. I kept some items, because they were just so cool, new (!), and with a discount. You need to return items soon, so you start to design the outfits better, reusing the items freshly. If you want to feel good, get lots of compliments, "shop" every month but not do damage to the environment or your wallet - go and try!

As a mom of 3, I love getting my box of clothes every month, to play with my style, and use the clothes that fit my vibe and the season, I love the brodrie for the items I love and keep wearing. The closet has greatly reduced my buyers regret for those totems that I buy and wear once and keep or buy one season and don’t fit my body the same the next.

I found last week I was charged for a suscription I never validated. I couldn’t cancel my subscription because I don’t have one! I tried to contact the customer service but we are now 1 week further and no respons. Weird and sounds like a fraud to me.

I received my box yesterday but it took a week to arrive even though my card was charged immediately on subscribing. Clothes were pretty good overall, one top had a loose thread but otherwise I was pretty happy. My main issue is that it's pretty unclear how to return the box, no instructions included on how to return in Ireland so presumably I will have to pay for postage which is likely to be expensive. Also if it takes as long to return as delivery took its not really worth it overall as you are pretty much paying for the two weeks the clothes are in transit. Not sure i'll be keeping on the subscription.

I absolutely love Le Closet. My package of clothes came and everything was as expected. I've seen reviews to say clothes were wrinkled but mine were not. Really good quality clothes.
I contacted customer service as, because I'm in Ireland, it took a while for my package to arrive and I was concerned about the time it would take to return the items. Customer Services kindly extended the time in which my subscription renews and I could therefore keep the clothes longer before having to return them.
I will also be purchasing two items as they are at such a good price and I will get so much wear out of them.
I will definitely be renewing my subscription and I love the concept as our landfills are inundated with cloths waste.

First closet was great. Everything went smooth and I even bought some items. Next month I send it back and wait and wait and wait...finally I decide to stop my subscription because they keep taking the money but it takes forever for the return to arrive. Now I am still waiting for cancellation, because they still have not.received the closet.

Update: they responded after I placed a negative review. They said that even though my package did not arrive, they would be so kind as to mark it as lost and return the payments of 2 months.
I appreciate this effort - but had I not cancelled I would still be paying and waiting to be able to order my next Closet. Would have been interessting to see how they would have handled that.
Thing is - if they just give you the option to ship with DHL or another courier - this type of thing would not happen. La Poste is just horrible.
I will probably use it again once they have better shipping options. Really loved the clothes.

I will not recommend this service because of the experience I had. I received my package, and the items were good, but I realized that this service was not the right fit for me. So, I canceled my subscription two weeks before the end of the month and returned the package.
However, two weeks later, I was charged again for a monthly subscription, even though I don’t have any items.

Runaway! Fraud!
Subscribed, ordered, paid and nothing arrived at home. I have written to the company, and there was a return call for sorry. After more than 2 weeks of enquête, still no remboursement and continue asking to pay for the next subscription. You cannot suspend or cancel the subscription by yourself. Horrible experience.

I really loved the concept, and the clothes were super stylish. However, there were multiple instances where money (over 200 euros) was withdrawn from my account without any prior notification, and this was in addition to the monthly fee of 70 euros (which I was, of course, okay with). This turned out to be a misunderstanding, but getting the full amount refunded required me to send several emails and follow up closely, which left me with a very unpleasant experience.
I wouldn’t recommend this service for customers in Belgium. You pay 70 euros per month for 4 clothing items, but the shipping takes about a week each way. You can only request a new box once the previous one has been returned, so from the moment you send something back, you're essentially paying for two weeks without having any clothes.
Unfortunately, for me, this felt like wasted money.
